It’s been great! Prints color (pretty decent for photos, too) and is reliable even with sporadic use. I had an HP inkjet, and it was a whole process to clean (and often replace) the cartridges if we hadn’t used recently.

Note that I am using a MacBook Pro M2 system when writing this review. It's a newer machine with questionable compatibility with various software but everything worked out fine. Overall, I'd say this All-In-One machine is easy to install, physically. Getting it up and running over wifi is incredibly straight forward. Initial printer set up is easy enough as it prints out a calibration page first that you scan into the itself to adjust accordingly. Firmware updates was all automatic and maybe took all of 10 minutes. My computer (running MacOS Venture 13) was able to find the printer with all the appropriate settings like double-sided printing, scaling, etc. The reason for the 4/5 star rating is that the "Remote UI" settings are incredibly NOT user friendly. There are several YouTube videos and Canon has some sites dedicated to getting this set up but I wish there was an easy desktop application I could launch to control this system. Unfortunately, Remote UI requires you to locate the IP address, set up an online account, and adjust settings through your web browser. This is easy enough for the average tech-savvy person but the general population will most certainly have difficulty managing these settings. A user-friendly desktop app or mobile app to accompany this machine would have been incredibly helpful. All that being said, this imageCLASS system works incredibly well. Having the 5" touch screen ON the system itself is very helpful to navigate the settings. Size-wise, this system sits underneath my desk (about 30" ground clearance) with plenty of space for the top lid to open for scanning.

This is our First Canon Printer All-In-One Printer, Copier, Scanner & Fax. Home use Only. Very well pleased so far. We have it for 1-Month. Quick speed to print, Fax works nice also, It replaced a HP we had for 12 years. It was a little hard to switch Brands and it has a lot of nice Features

Best middle range printer I’ve ever owned. Easy set up. Toner lasts quite a while. Fast printing and beautiful color. So much easier than the HP I recently bought, that is now sitting in my basement because too difficult to work with

Wanted to have a non inkjet that’s capable of doing everything a home office needs. Very fast and high quality printing. Not worry about ink drying. Fast and easy faxing. Like it better than the HP i had previously.

I am very pleased with this printer. Prints well, easily connects wirelessly and is quick to get the job done. Scanning docs is a task for me because I think I don’t have it set up to automatically scan and place on desktop. I had an extra step to open the printer and then select several selections before scanning. Might be a good thing though. Another difference I. This printer than all my inkjet printers is it like to refresh itself often. Not a huge deal, just startling sometimes when it starts making noise out of nowhere. Overall, I would recommend this printer and buy it again if needed to.

Great printer for the money...year ago I paid nearly $5K for a printer for my business...I know times have changed...but this printer has better quality, faster print speed, more utility, and lower cost consumables.

I usually don’t write reviews however, this printer warrants a review. The Canon laser printer is one of the best printer I’ve ever owned ( I’ve had several)! Set up was quick and easy and I can print from my computer, phone or iPad with no issues. The colors are vibrant and the end results have been near perfect!

By far the best printer scanner i've ever had, unlike the old one that disconnects everytimebit idles this one is stable and connected all the time! I love this and i highly recommend it!
