Very easy to use, easy to connect and very fast printing.

Printer seems to perform very well, once set up. But the set up instructions and documentation are far from ideal. It took forever to figure out how to connect this thing to Wifi. Some of that was that my home Wifi was messed up and I didn't realize it. But even after that, they have a very cursory setup guide, which does not really explain the terms they are using or what they mean. So still, I do not know if I have it set up properly, only that I managed to get it to work. There is something about color calibration, and no explanation whatsoever about what that means or how you do it. There are many different screens, with options. But again, little to tell you what they mean or how to use them. The actual manual is some online thing that is extremely cumbersome to use, with links going here, there, and everywhere, and there is never an idea of where you are in the maze of confusing instructions. Usually you wind up back to the same page again in trying to search for something. How about just a regular, page-by-page manual that covers everything, like in the old days? Managed to get it to copy pretty quickly. The Wifi connection from computer took a long time. Still have not attempted to scan to computer, for fear of getting into another hours-long maze. I expect the scanning to work fine once configured. They have lots of security and user-interface-from-computer features, but good luck in figuring it all out. Some video tutorials would really help. But all they have, at some places, are some really simple sketches of things, I guess sort-of in the sense of the "international" symbols used in newer cars - great if you can figure out what they mean, but otherwise not useful.

My wife and I greatly enjoy using our Canon printer and copier. We use it for home, our office and our church work. Copies are crisp and clear. We print a small newsletter on glossy paper and the quality of print and color pics is marvelous. Very reliable.

Excellent printer, I haven't had any problems except my phone connecting but my other devices connect with no problem. It faxes and does everything I need for my small business.

I absolutely love this printer especially the touchscreen display. I love that i can airdrop pictures, and the prints come out super fast. There is nothing that I dislike about this printer.

This is WAY more printer than I needed! Extremely easy to set up and use. It does everything. Quieter than my old printer.

Great all-in-one printer. Even the fax works. Fully functional. Easy to setup. Works so perfectly. I love it!

Great COLOR laser printer. Design was well thought through to make it easy for the user to access just about any part of the printer. We’ve already printed over 1,500 pages, including envelopes and card stock ingot a single jam. Highly recommend the auto replenishment program—you cannot find genuinetoner cartridges at a lower price anywhere. Just for giggles & grins I printed a color photo on plain paper—i was absolutely blown away by the colors and crispness. Way better than my old high end HP inkjet. There were a couple things I couldn’t figure out and was too lazy to read the extensive manual so I called tech support. On hold for less than a minute and spoke to folks who were extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. Unless something really bad happens you can bet I’m not going back to the behemoth I was loyal to for 30 years. From now on, I’ma Canon man

I am a fan of Canon Cole laser printers. I have another these for my business. They do a great job of handling printing on a wide range of media, like label sheets and heavy stock in addition to paper. Print quality is excellent

Added new printer to our office. I’ve had an older version of this in my home office for over 10 years that has been a workhorse. Amazing print quality and clarity. Easy to setup and use.

Setup was straight forward, no issues. Connected directly to my router and is accessible from any of our devices using our home network. Scan software from Canon did not work with latest update of Windows 11, but I use a legacy version from Windows and it scans just fine. Great color printouts! Fast printing. I would definitely recommend this device

Great print ! FAST for printing and scanning !! Dual Side on pass scan--EXCELLENT !!! Ability to set "custom" operations, very nice feature Software install, tricky--definitely NOT plug and play

Overall it's been a great printer so far. There are minor issues I've had with the top scanner feeder, you can load more then 20 pages at a time or so if not it jams. Also the ink replacements are expensive.

It is a good use product. It is easy to print and scan from PCs and phones. It can scan many papers on its own.

I used this to replace an old Ricoh office quality printer that in todays version would have cost three times what this unit cost with printing only. So far my experience has far exceeded expectations!. I operate it on a home network as a wired unit rather than wireless. It is rocket fast at startup to completion compared to the older unit. I have no complaints so far other than the cost of the consumables which seem a bit high, but it is a much better deal than ink-jets which seem to not last long around our house. Were it locally available, I might opt for an add-on tray for multiple papers which I do use from time to time. It is available at some time in the future, but not currently shipping. (Supply chain issues I guess.) Had I known how fast this one responds for printing I probably would have junked the other printer out a couple of years ago.

Print quality is what I was looking for. Ease of setting up was nice too. The option to scan using the Canon screen or the laptop screen is a wonderful feature as well.

This is our 3rd Canon laser color printer. Always a work horse. Bulky, expensive cartridges, but beautiful color pages and so reliable

We love this thing!! We've had inkjet printers for the past 20 years but it seems that nowadays the ink never lasts and whenever they did a maintenance "clean cycle" there went all your ink and you'd be prompted to buy more ink. Tried various brands and all the same thing so we decided to buy this Canon Laser printer and boy is it awesome!! Setup was really easy although connecting to the app was glitchy at first so I couldn't connect to my house WiFi but after resetting the app and restarting the printer it worked great. It prints really fast and the quality is great as well. We've printed over 500 pages with the included toners and still have toner. Overall highly impressed and can't believe we waited so long to upgrade to a laser printer.
