Great printer after my Canon MX990 series printer finally gave out after 5 years of continuous service. I needed another printer that could handle the heavy workload, scanning, printing and sometimes faxing. Also did not need a 5-6 ink cartridge system just a CMYK set. Over all a great fast printer and scanner. There is a great performer in the short time I have had it (2 months) -- One little quirk when setting it up as a WiFi Printer it does not like the Push Button Method or PIN, you have to do the manual setting for some reason. I have a Linksys AC series router and it was quite a hassle but finally it connected. Dont let this scare you it still is a great performer over all, I think I see a Firmware update coming in the near future.

Duplexes much better than my old HP printer. Great color even at standard printing. Model is so new you can only get the ink online at present.

This printer fills ALL of my needs: copies front-to-back; multiple input documents; collates & sorts, independent ink cartridges, etc. It was also very easy to set up with existing wi-fi connections. I would HIGHLY recommend this all-in-one printer!

Read a lot of reviews before purchasing this printer. It's a little noisy but not too bad. Makes great copies, prints covers that I make often very nicely. Haven't printed photos yet but I'm sure it'll do the job.

Good quality printer good fax machine very good scan

Great printer that has all the functions I was looking for. I made this purchase over a laser printer based on the fact that the ink cartridge, which prints almost as many copies as a comparable laser cartridge costs less than half.

This product does a lot more than I've had time to learn. It seems a bit noisy and slow as it is warming up to print. I like that it collates the printed pages. I also discovered that it properly oriented a page I scanned, though I put in on the platen upside down. I will never use the FAX, and I haven't printed any photos yet.

The install was very easy. The Copy quality is excellent. Have not had long enough to tell how long the ink lasts but so far so good

This printer is very efficient for my home personal use, I use it regular and haven't had any issues out of it. The only thing I wish was that I had purchased the one with the bigger paper feeder, therfore I could have put alomst a whoel pack of paper in the feeder.

Long-time HP user, but frustrated by reliability and the cost of HP inks. The Canon setup was easy and the wireless connection works much better than that of any of my previous HP printers.

I have no preference on brand of my printer purchases. My last printer was a home laser printer. Facing over $200 to replace used up cartridges for a 8 year old printer, I started pricing another printer when I ran across this Maxify MB2020. It was posted on sale at $84.99 which was great for my budget (nonsale price is listed at $179.99 (I received the printer by home delivery in the time promised. Unpacking and setup was a breeze. I did have a little difficulty entering the passkey to access my home wifi (typoed the passkey). It prints great and clear, I've set up its fax machine and discovered the printer has a quiet mode operation. My only concern is the efficiency of the ink cartridges - my last ink jet printer cartridges would dry out before I used them up (which is the reason I went to a laser printer). Two days into my new printer, I have now set my smartphone to print to it, and my next task is to learn about its cloud printing feature. The quick start instructions did cover on how to set up the WIFI access, but not its fax machine. The disc based instruction manual was very clear with hot linked and simple pictorial instrucitions on how to set up the fax - easy peasy!. Time will tell on if the ink cartridges will dry up before I use them up. So far so good, it was great for my budget and it has all the features I need in a all in one printer. Back to printing and faxing again! :)

So ... I had a Kodak Hero 9.1 printer which was fantastic as it had print, scan, fax and copy options that were quick and efficient for home and some personal business usage w/ extremely affordable ink as compared to most other brands. Then it started giving me a "no paper tray connected" error and followed suit with Kodak brand printers and died (RIP) this February. HATING everything HP (or hardly-printing, as I call it) makes, I had to find a new printer – and this Canon MAXIFY MB2020 does everything my Kodak could do except faster and better. Thus, if you are looking for a 4-in-1/all-in-one printer at an affordable price, this would be a model I would definitely recommend you consider.
