    The printing quality for colored flyers isn't that great. I have the Epson 2850 and the quality of the color pictures looks nicer. The Canon pics look grainy.

    Was an awesome printer at first, 1,198 pages or less later it stopped printing in color. Best Buy has been useless so far and Canon only provides customer service during business hours on weekdays. Also, do your homework, this is a massive problem and the troubleshooting steps may result in having to buy all new Ink and a Maintenance cartridge. Poor value obviously Poor Quality - stopped working Poor Ease of use manual may very well be the worst

    Color printing stopped working completely only 8 months into owning the printer. Ink tanks are full....performed reset and head cleaning, but still doesnt work. Not happy!

    Too buky, heavy, and don't know when I will use colored prints. Wondering if the colors will dry out! Will not recomment this printer to anyone.

    I use this printer mainly to scan and print documents. I only print about 25 pages per day on average. I have one problem or another with this printer almost every day. It jams, defaults, and malfunctions regularly. The print quality is just okay in my opinion and I am tired of the ongoing frustrations. I wish I had spent the money to have my old hp laserjet repaired.

    This has to be the best purchase yet. Bought this for my office and got a great deal on it plus it has proved to be one of the best printers in the office and has already saved a tremendous amount of money with the ink tanks.

    I was reluctant to switch from Brother, but I needed a duplex scanner and wanted a tank printer. Brothers weren't available for months, so I decided to try this one, even though it was more expensive, I didn't have. choice. Terrific and well worth the money.
