The unit works fairly well. The ink goes extremely fast though. Basic unit. If you print a lot of double sided papers you may want a better unit.

My new Canon printer does its job nicely. It did take awhile to get it set up, connected to computer, etc. I guess new products do not come with an instruction sheet, so it does take extra time to get info from computer. However the printer is nice. Had no problem printing envelopes. Glad I selected the Canon.

A good printer, easy set up. I don't print pictures, so can't comment about the quality of photo prints, but does a good job at printing documents and needed one that can do duplex printing. I had a Canon Pixma MX920 Series that lasted for years until my Shiba Inu puppy preferred the printer over his toys to chew on.

My dad works from home and his old one wae giving out. However after hooking this one up i dont think i will ever get a different one.

This printer is awesome! It's easy to use. I like that it comes with the option to have print cartridges delivered. Makes life easy.

Picked this up to replace a PIXMA492 that suddenly stopped working, only to find out 2 weeks later that it was the result of Canon sending bogus software updates that caused my prior printer to conk out. It works well, so I'll probably keep it and just sell the other model to a friend on the cheap.

i am very happy with my canon pixma tr4720 all in one printer. it prints documents great, nice and clear and the pictures i've printed off this printer are even better. crystal clear pictures, better than i even expected. the printer's price is also very nice, very reasonable.

An older design that works well. If you need features like a document feeder and fax capability built in this is an inexpensive way to go. It's slow by current standards but print quality is excellent. Ink cartridges do not appear to be stocked in store and must be ordered I suspect because of low demand.

Effective product, good buying. This All-in-One: print, copy, scan, and fax, with added intelligenc, working superbly. This product satisfy my needs.

Great little inexpensive all in one printer. Easy setup No complaints. Had nothing but issues with my last 2 Epson's so switched. No problems yet.
