Great home printer. Easy to set up and a reasonable price.

I use this as a home printer. It so far seems to accomplish everything I need in a home printer. Set up was easy (even for a tech dinosaur like me) and connecting it to my laptop and phone was pretty straight forward and not overly complicated. Ink cartridges are a little bit less common than my last printer, but are available. I had an older model of this same printer a few years ago and it lasted several years. This is a great printer for the price and I would recommend it!

One year in....I am a very low use print customer and this printer has done everything I have asked. It was easy to set up and using Bluetooth able to connect PC and phone with ease.

This is the worst printer I've ever used. I bought it specifically for the auto feeder so I could scan multi-page documents more quickly. Right out of the box, it wasn't working well -- the pages kept skewing one direction while going through the auto feeder. I didn't overload it; at one point, it was just 5 pages - all clean, straight, no issue pages. Still skewed. I had to sit there and guide every page. Obviously, I was frustrated with this since I made the purchase for the sake of efficiency and to free up my time (and hands) from having to scan each page individually using the scanner bed. To top it all off, sometimes the feeder would take more than one page at a time. This didn't always result in a paper jam, but it did mess up the PDF formatting, as the scanner utility software that installs with the printer would bug out (if I were trying to do front and back page scanning), end the process, give me half of what I'd scanned...and I'd end up having to rescan everything all over again. I got over it, though, and eventually got through all the documents I wanted to scan. Then today, I got a regular paper jam from the printer portion for no reason. I've printed without any problems for weeks. This was nothing special: single page, no frills printout. Immediately jammed and made the worst noises! I've tried to get the paper unstuck, but it's wedged in were I cannot reach without unscrewing parts of the printer that I'm sure aren't meant to be unscrewed. It hasn't even been three months that I've owed this thing. I don't use it everyday. It doesn't get exhaustive use. This is a garbage printer that can't hold up to casual usage and was faulty from day one. I wish I had returned it the same day I bought it. Absolute trash. The dinky $40 Canon printer I had prior to this was way better.
