After having this printer for a few months, I just want to say it's alright if you're fine with having to pay online shipping for the ink required for this thing to run properly. Besides that, it's an alright printer for the price, and it has very helpful manuals on how to run it wirelessly.

Very easy to set up. Basic home printer that is just for small personal use. Seems to work well do far for just occasional printing.

I purchased the Canon TR4720 less than one month ago, and I am already facing a serious issue. The automatic document feeder (ADF) works perfectly when scanning, but it does not work at all when copying. Whenever I try to copy multiple pages using the feeder, the printer does not detect the documents and keeps showing “Place the original on the glass.” This forces me to copy pages one by one manually, which defeats the purpose of having an automatic feeder. I have tried all troubleshooting steps, including properly loading paper, adjusting guides, and even performing a full reset, but the issue is still not resolved. Since the feeder works in scan mode, this appears to be a defect or software issue with the copy function. This is very disappointing for a product that is not even one month old. I purchased this model specifically for automatic copying, and it is not working as expected. I am requesting a proper resolution

Great price BUT continuous paper jams set up easy

Great price (sale) and is just what i needed for my printing needs. In addition it was easy to hookup and incorporate with my system.

Works great! Fits right on my desk. Easy to operate.

I really like this project so far. It is full filling all our small requirements.

For an at home printer for occaisional use this is good. But if you have a lot of printing needs may consider something else.

Solid inexpensive high quality printer. Easy setup.

The quality of the printing is pretty good. It is somewhat easy to set up. My Issue is that it kept on jamming paper on me. It would print two or three pages and jammed on me. Was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this printer.

Haven't used too much yet. I am having difficulty connecting to my laptop. I can't seem to find it! I did make some color copies and was pleased with the quality.

I bought this after buying an HP at similar level. It was a huge pain to set up and printed poorly. The Canon was a breeze to set up and works great.

This is a simple, easy to use printer/fax/copier. Very user friendly. I have been able to change the print cartridges easily. One problem I have with this machine is that the message box on top of the machine is hard to read, and I have to use a flashlight to see what it is showing. Other than that, I love the machine and it meets all my printing/copying needs.

I really like my Canon printer. It does all the functions I needed. At first I was confused cuz I didn’t see any manual to help. But then I realized I had to scan a QR code to get the info. It was pretty easy to start it and it works fine so far. I’m glad it came with ink as well.

easy to install, wireless as well so you don't have to worry about plugging your computer into the printer

Fits perfectly in my small home office and accomplishes everything I need to do for personal and business use.
