I am not a heavy user of printers, but what I have used so far I like very much. I did have a little problem with downloading the drive software for the printer but managed eventually.

Love my printer. I use it most for printing pictures of my grandchildren. The color are vibrant and clear. No paper jams is what I like most about this printer

Great little printer. This is my second Wireless Canon. They are very easy to set up and operate. Sometimes it can take a bit to re-acquire Wi-Wi signal through the APP but I have no issues with it.

I have never thought of buying a printer for home because I thought it would be really hard to set up (I am not tech savvy), but to my surprise it was really simple with the added setup instructions that came with the printer.

SO FAR THIS IS A GRATE PRINTER. IT TURNS ON AND OFF BY ITSELF. ONCE SETUP NO EFFORT TO USE. THE INK IS HARD TO FINE BEST BUY DID NOT HAVE ANY WHEN I BOUGHT THIS . HAD TO GO TO AMAZON. ALSO IT (INK) IS VERY PRICEY.

My previous Canon printer just stopped working so my plan was to get another Canon brand since I had no issues with my previous one. Well, something is different! This is the 2nd one (2 different models @ 2 different places) I purchased & returned in the past week. Instructions were lacking. Even downloading the app didn’t help. I was so frustrated, I was beside myself. Neither one would connect to my Wi-Fi. I was beginning to think I was the issue UNTIL I bought the HP6555e (Envy). Excellent instructions, connected to wi-fi with no issue, & was up & running in less than 30 minutes - which includes unboxing, reading instructions, & downloading app. I thought I would be forced into getting the ink program but, was not. You simply say “no”. I also got my HP for $80 off the original price. I won’t be purchasing a CANON again. Hooking up a simple home - casual use printer - should NEVER be that difficult.

Easy to set up and works as expected. I would buy this printer again and therefore recommend it to potential buyers.
