Great product for the price. Does everything we wanted in a printer

I have not printed a lot of things with this printer. The reason it is getting a 3 is because you need to change the paper when you are switching between regular and picture. it also will not hold legal size paper A printer this size should have at least 2 trays

You'd think printers would be easier to set up by now but it wasn't that bad and it prints well.

Does everything I need (print/copy/scan) quiality is decent 4 the price

Scanner works great. Does not print partincularly fast. Besides that, it suffers the same shortcomings as all printers: namely, it fails to print something when you really need it printed. I have concluded this is because printer engineers are not capable of making a printer which will reliably connect to a computer. I would like to be clear that this is a problem not just for the Canon PIXMA TR4720, but for all printers, ever. Clearly those tasked with designing printers are chosen not by their merits, but by their incompetence, and making an unreliable printer is less detrimental than making an unreliable operating system, CPU, hard drive, or some other much more important component of a computer.

The printer is good; however, the salesperson told me it would be compatible with my Chromebook table, and it is not compatible. I am to print front my HP computer. I had trouble installing it, but, no problem once installed.

This printer included all the features we needed. Plus the size is perfect.

So far it works well, the price was right but ink can be the deal breaker we will have to do some serious shopping for that

Like this product One of the few that let you fax via the phone line Unfortunately sales person said Printer came with normal printer cartridges and no was ink available for this model at time of purchase. Sadly upon setting up found printer only came with Starters and alas ran out of ink sooner than expected
