Does a great job at printing single side, double side and black and white or color. Downside- printed less than 75 pages, mostly single side, and it tells me it’s low on ink. Not happy with the amount of ink used.

HAD APROBLEM GETTING IT INSTALLED. SCAMMERS WERE LOADED INTO MY SYSTEM WHEN I CONTACTED CANON. ALL IS WELL AS I CONTACTED THE FTC AND MY MONEY WAS REFUNDED. THE PRINTER WORKS FINE BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE A BIT CONFUSING

When I purchased a new computer with Windows 11, the software for my old Cannon MX410 would not load to my new computer. Being very happy with my old printer, I decided to upgrade to a new Cannon TR4720 and am very happy and enjoy that same Cannon quality with the newer model.

The printer is not as intuitive to use as I was hoping it would be. I found the owner's manual a little harder to understand than i expected it to be. When I did get it connected and used it the first time I was pleased with both the black & white pages and the color pages. I would buy the same printer again If I needed another printer tomorrow. So far it seems to be perfect for my low volume needs.

The printer was easy to set up and very user friendly. I was able to get it connected directly to my computer and set up with wireless access as well. It powers off automatically when the computer goes to sleep and I wish it would start up again the same way, but it is saving energy that way.

This printer came with no written instructions. However, the online directions were easy to understand. I love this printer and it was easy to install on my network so everyone can print from any device. Great for the price and works well with with both Apple and Android devices.

Decent for the money for sure, if you just print basic things every once in a while, I’d highly recommend it. Not the best quality prints, and it’s rather slow, but I got a great deal on it and ink seems to last a while. I print mainly text so I really can’t complain, looks just fine.

This replaced an older Canon Pixma which was getting cranky because of operating system upgrades. It is smaller then the old one, the LED info window is easier to use. and wirelessly connecting to my home LAN was easy, unlike the old unit. The price seemed reasonable and the scanning and print output is better too.

I’ve had the Canon PIXMA TR4720 for a little over a year, and unfortunately it recently stopped working. It worked fine for basic printing at first, but I didn’t expect it to break down so quickly with normal home use. I mainly used it for occasional documents and scanning, so it wasn’t heavily used. After just over a year, the printer started having issues and eventually stopped functioning altogether. It’s frustrating because you expect a printer to last longer than that. While the print quality was decent when it worked, the durability has been disappointing. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other options if you’re looking for a printer that will last longer.

So easy to set up and to clear problems (which have all been operator error!). Only downside is that it is pretty loud.
