My previous Canon printer just stopped working so my plan was to get another Canon brand since I had no issues with my previous one. Well, something is different! This is the 2nd one (2 different models @ 2 different places) I purchased & returned in the past week. Instructions were lacking. Even downloading the app didn’t help. I was so frustrated, I was beside myself. Neither one would connect to my Wi-Fi. I was beginning to think I was the issue UNTIL I bought the HP6555e (Envy). Excellent instructions, connected to wi-fi with no issue, & was up & running in less than 30 minutes - which includes unboxing, reading instructions, & downloading app. I thought I would be forced into getting the ink program but, was not. You simply say “no”. I also got my HP for $80 off the original price. I won’t be purchasing a CANON again. Hooking up a simple home - casual use printer - should NEVER be that difficult.

This printer is just what I wanted. It is easy to use and a good value.

this is a neat, compact unit that has quick response and reliable service. It was a little more difficult to activate service than expected, but careful following of instructions allowed for completion.

Easy instructions and also had help from tech squad that guided me through the instructions. It was a stress free experience.

This is not as good as my previous Epson printer. If the power is on sleep mode, I have to turn it on. It does not automatically wake up when I send a job to print. It prints fine and does the job for the price I paid for it.

This is an updated version of our old printer. The best part is that it connects wirelessly without any hassles. The previous version needed WPS which our router does not have. Printer works great. I always buy Canon when I can,

This printer does what it is supposed to do. It is easy to set up and directions are clear. Just one thing I would like to see is a light up digital instruction screen.
