Uggh. I came wit No written manual. It has taken me days to just now to do the things I need it to accomplish. I'm about 95% in learing how to operate it. Googling everything, and it's website is exhausting. I had to go to an app to get it to go in the beginning. Now I had to get a cable for a wireless system - wo not cool. i'm keeping it but it isn't my most ideal machine. I do like the easily seen buttons on the top rather than i the side where it can be too dark to see and press.

Needed a new printer as my other Canon mg3620 was discontinued so after purchasing the tr4720 i absolutely love it

Difficult to manage print job. Slow print and misfeeds. No manual or info on how to get instructions. Cartridges are expensive... It was the cheapest... I do not care for Pixma plan. When printer misfeeds you still pay for those pages.

The printer itself works great. It came with no instructions so we went the easy way and had the Geek Squad install it. We had read on other reviews that it could get a little complicated. It uses a lot of ink. In compering the cost of ink and the problem of ink drying out or the amount of ink being short, we decided to return it and buy a laser printer. We only print 100 to 150 pages a month

The best printer i have ever had. Canon products are the best.

Does as designed. Prints. The onky issue I had is the setup, it HAS to be setup%in via an app . Simpky downloading the driver does not suffice. But once dine, it works as designed.

This printer, once one gets it online, and understands that the printer must be turned on before Windows is opened, works well.

I used to have a Canon printer many years ago and I’m thrilled to have bought a Canon printer again! It came with up to date technology which makes life easier! For example it prints back to back automatically thus saving paper!
