I like the printer. It has a small footprint (which I needed). The peope at Best Buy were great. They get five stars. I did not give the printer five stars because of HP service. The printer stopped working after I cancelled my ink subscription. The service was from HP was terrible. I ended up getting it to work myself by disregarding what he told me to do.

I like the copy machine… still get use to it and the price was not too bad

Low ink capacity. In use for 2 weeks, black ink empty after 40 pages printed, color tank halfway gone, using grayscale print mode. Noisy. Not as compact as my old 5200, Auto shutoff means every time I print something I have to first restart the printer

Overall this is great economic printer. Wireless setup was easy and connecting to all our devices was quick, we can print from anywhere in the house. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars…. its loud when printing in comparison to our last Cannon printer, and it turns it self off when not in use. So when you need to print. You need to go back the printer and turn the power back on.

Paper jams a lot, but you can access paper from back

It does the basics, I can't complain for right now.

Great bluetooth pri ter. Its easy to use and efficient. The only con is it pri ts double sided and havent taken the time to see how to change settings

Service was excellent & delivery came on time. I'm tec challenged & I still have not been able to connect to my 2015 Mac book pro. I am connected to my smart phone, so I'm able to get by. I definately like my new Canon printer.

CAN'T BEAT THIS PRINTER FOR THE PRICE. SCANS, FAX AND COPIES. ALL I NEED IN AT PRINTER. WORKS GREAT. I WOULD BUY IT AGAIN.
