I love the way it operates. Way to go when you are running a wireless network. I really like the way it automatically knows how to print back to back. Very nice features of this printer

Scanner works great. Does not print partincularly fast. Besides that, it suffers the same shortcomings as all printers: namely, it fails to print something when you really need it printed. I have concluded this is because printer engineers are not capable of making a printer which will reliably connect to a computer. I would like to be clear that this is a problem not just for the Canon PIXMA TR4720, but for all printers, ever. Clearly those tasked with designing printers are chosen not by their merits, but by their incompetence, and making an unreliable printer is less detrimental than making an unreliable operating system, CPU, hard drive, or some other much more important component of a computer.

It was a decent printer for the money the ink is reasonably affordable. However it runs out too quickly.

so far so good, happy with my purchase, easy to set up and easy to use.

It’s doing what we want it to do so far. It prints, copies, and scans.

Does a great job. I didn't see any increase in energy when using it, it doesn't make noise like other reviews mentioned.

Like this product One of the few that let you fax via the phone line Unfortunately sales person said Printer came with normal printer cartridges and no was ink available for this model at time of purchase. Sadly upon setting up found printer only came with Starters and alas ran out of ink sooner than expected

I love my Canon printer. It is quiet. Prints excellent copies. It does use ink. The printer does everything I need.

The printer works well and is easy to use. Would recommend it to anyone.

Been using Canon printers for years. Incredibly simple to use and last for a long time.

It was easy to setup on the wifi and eas able to install it on all my devices. Pretty decent on ink as well.

Wireless and printing, good printer basic ink cartridges..
