Best home printer ever owned. The blue-tooth ability and connectivity is great. Can print from mobile phone or laptop easily. Easy to install and use.

Great for everyday copying but a lot more involved to do photo printing. Paper tray is a bit cumbersome when reloading paper.

It works well, but I don’t like the fact it goes into sleep mode and when you want to print something from a mobile device you have to turn it back on first.

This is the second of this printer recently purchased and so far both are exceptional with quality printing. Add to that that they are extremely quiet and quick to start wireless printing and you have a printer that I’d recommend to anyone.

This printer is easy to operate. Although' pictures printed on the glossy photo paper does print out with streaks on them. Overall I am pleased with the printer.

It doesn't go through ink like the 3 other HP printers that I wasted money on. So far I have printed over 300 pages and the ink is still going strong. Oh, and the wireless connection is very stable, unlike the HP wireless printers.

I have had really bad experience with printers, HP, Brothers, Epson... After months of research landed on this model from Canon and it did not disappoint. Also this is the first printer I found to be working like a charm with my mac machine

This is great if you don't want to break the bank. It works with my iPhone just well, but it feels a little to cheap.

Works great in card stock. We had a bunch of thick certificates that needed to be printed. Several other expensive printers jammed and had issues. This one worked great with no problems. Installation. Was easy and simple on my Mac.

This machine is compact, sleek, and prints great.... when it prints. I have installed and uninstalled the software TWICE. It works great the first time, and the next time I try to print a job, nothing. I've been on Canon's customer support site and tried all the suggestions to get it fired up again. Nothing. It's connected to my wifi, but for some reason, it refuses to print. I don't think I should have to re-install the printer software every time I want to print documents or make a copy. Is that unreasonable? Canon customer support is only available on weekdays during banker hours (no chat lines that I could find) so prepare to be frustrated if you have printing issues on the weekends. I don't think a first-time customer should have to spend this much time trouble-shooting a simple printer. I've never had this kind of issues with previous companies' printers.

This printer does the job. It wasn’t pricey and I just needs something practical to bring return labels, etc. not very well made, but it does the job.

I really like the wifi direct printing on this printer. I purchased and use it for work as a mechanic so I can print trouble codes and diagnostic info straight to it and use the printouts for customers and reasearch.

I've had this printer for a while and while it prints great, it eats ink. Just turning it on, ink gets used up exponentially. Have been printing in black and white and my blue ink is depleted now and won't let me print in black and white until I replace the blue ink cartridge. A big downgrade from MX922. Wish I had that one!
