Great point and shoot camera

This one has great features and amazing sharpness. Video quality is also very good. Have been using constantly for almost a year with no issues.

When my wife saw the photos that I took, she immediately made me a deal that included her old camera. This Canon is very much advanced than her old one.

Love it I download pics to my PC and print away at home and the pics are nice and vivid. great camera for the price.

excellent camera for a point 'n shoot

When a Geek Squad member showed me what the camera is capable of doing I was more than happy with my purchase. The pictures are sharp and clear, also great colors.

Was expecting more
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Based on the positive reviews I'm expecting good auto focus and video out the gate but my Nexus 5x has better auto focus and sometimes takes better picture due to this. As far as video it's good quality but in mov (QuickTime format) this is format from back in 90' 2000 era's, mp4 is pretty much the standard format, so I have to convert all of recorded videos which is an inconvenience. I wish I researched this product a bit more because definitely wanted a camera that took better shoots than my current phone and some things that I assumed would be standard like having Wifi, so pictures automatically go to your phone are not on this model :( Still a good basic camera but if you have phone with a good camera then I would avoid this one.

I have had Canon cameras of various types over my lifetime and this camera is another positive experience. Great for capturing family moments.
