I wanted a compact camera with lots of zoom and this camera hasn't disappointed yet. Still learning all the features but appears it will be just what I need for vaca pictures. Some really nice options on it for a compact camera.

Very nice little camera loaded with a lot of nice features for a point & shoot. ISO up to 3200, so good in low light. 30x optical zoom also nice for a camera of this size. I needed a camera that gives me some flexibility in settings and also fits in a purse or roomy pocket. I'm quite satisfied with my Canon SX710.

This camera is great to use. The images are very clear and the zoom is sharp. The only negative is that the flash is not automatic. You have to activate the flash. I would not recommend this camera if you predominantly use it indoors. It works great outdoors.

this is a very nice camera with a great long 30x zoom lens that takes great photos for a camera in its price range and size. Good for a beginner as well as a more serious photographer as a second camera.

Really like the size of this camera and still be able to zoom in to get the shots you want. Also, love that iI can put the pictures onto my phone through the easy to use wi-fi and app. Great for posting pictures to social media.

This was bought as a gift for my girlfriend and she has found it very easy to use and it takes high quality pictures every time ... no matter what the light conditions are!

This camera is a bit pricey but does big things for its size. Takes great pictures and the zoom works awesome. Transfers to other devices easy also. It does what bigger cameras can do but in a very small size.

We were looking for a quality camera for our trip to Alaska. We loved that this was easily portable and had a tremendous zoom capacity. We were able to zoom in on the bears on land while we were on the ship and see them clearly! Good investment!

I have to purchase this camera since I'd lost my SX 260 HS, which I loved it so much, and the next logical step was to upgrade up to the same line of Canon product. This camera has a great picture quality and smooth and crisp video recording at 60 fps, A really cool 30X optical zoom, a noticeable upgrade in the burstshot area. An extended set of pictures modes, which i was accostumed to, wi-fi enabled, connectivity with the Pc, laptop and my smartphone just by downloading the Canon Camera Connect app, and pair both, just by toching each other on a tiny logo on the side of the camera. This app allows to send pictures to the phone with reduced sizes, control the camera with the phone, and more. It works in Andorid and IOS. So far, I'm really pleased with my purchase, even though the price was a little too high (349,99 $) by the time of the purchase, because it was just released. But now I can say that it worth every penny.

Easy to use ! Great for long distance shots - purchased so I could get great photos at concerts. Did an awesome job I was able to shoot pictures that looked like I was right near the stage ! Best part is I purchased as open box - in mint condition. Small , easy to handle and also approved for stadium use. Great camera for price! Love it - I am a real consumer - not someone who just writes reviews.

I wanted a camera that could be put in my pocket but one that took crisp, high quality pictures. So far, I am very pleased. We took it on a trip and am satisficed.

This camera is not DSLR but if your are trying to get the best point and shoot with range, clarity and features, look no further. I really like the camera, the 30x optical zoom gives you power you need to take pictures from bleachers, stadiums and auditories all the way to the stage and field. Couple with a stand you get stable and colorful images. Wife like it so much that as ironic as it sounds she had me return it only because she discover the truth behind photography through the experience of this camera and wanted to go pro with a DSLR. This camera is a perfect point and shoot, small and light weight. Highly recommend. Color product is great and flash gives very good lighting under poor light

Purchased this Canon camera to replace an older digital camera for my wife. It is easy to use but FULL of features - she loves it! The quality and detail of the 20+Megapixel pix are AWESOME! She loves the many features and is looking forward to trying them all.

The past 3 cameras I had were all Canon compact cameras and unfortunately my last one was damaged. So I bought this camera because it has a 30X zoom and it was during the Black Friday sale. This camera takes much clearer photos than my previous camera but the thing I don't like is the battery runs out fast and it is quite heavier than all my other cameras.

Replaced my old bulky Canon camera for this one due to the size and high optical zoom. Great zoom for football games in the cheap seats! Love the Color, but I wish they make one in Blue (GO COWBOYS). Love the images transfering to my iphone/ipad over wifi too!

I have a big Nikon camera that is so hard to carry on vacation. I love the size of this Canon. It takes really great pictures and has all the features of my large camera. A great camera for a vacation!

We purchased a camera to update our other point and shoot and chose the Sony PowerShot SX710. The camera is very easy to operate and the picture quality is fantastic. We love the send pictures to phone feature, and well as the phone operated ability.

Great camera for every day use. The button to delete photos is hidden a little on this model, which might be a good thing. The focus was off on the first few photos I took but now that I have used it more the photos come out great. Small enough to throw in my purse for travel.

Good camera. I would recommend it for the simple beginner users who don't have time to deal with complicated features.

Was looking for a point-and-shoot with a good optical zoom that I could take to concerts. Went to one shortly after this purchase and even though my seats were on the opposite end of the arena from the stage I was still able to get amazing up close shots. You would never guess how far away I was.
