Works but changed langauge

I have used on a long trip and it worked fine however the language changed to Chinese and will not change back to English. Tried changing from Chinese to English but will not change. It is checked for English but its Chinese. Tried contacting Car & Driver but no response.

The camera is light with good resolution. The app may be good but it is not intuitive and there is no meaningful instruction set available. Hopefully this will be corrected.

getting camera out of packaging

The camera slides off of a pedestal.The base of the camera is shaped like a horseshoe. The opening is under the camera lens I had to break the plastic.These instructions were NOT in user manual.

I just bought today and will probably be taking it back. I am not able to access the app unless I'm in my car and it is attached to the camera via wi-fi on my phone. I had thought I could record and then watch whenever I wanted to.
