This was a hige upgrade from my old garage keypad and looks much better. From a functionality standpiint it has some nice features, like the camera which is a nice touch. The only reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 is that My Q has integration with RING and it gives me a punch through to the garage door in my Ring app but in dont get the camera view which gives me another app to have to use to see that camera.

We really enjoy having this key pad. It was a bit of a struggle to set up initially with the wifi and app, but has since worked great. The app is user friendly and provides clear step by step instructions. It is also super nice to be able to open/close the garage door from the app and create temporary codes for others, if needed.

Works as expected. Very easy to set up. Only downside is you need to charge it before use which takes quite a while.

Works as described provided you have the required door opener. It took a little time for it to pair with my opener but once setup it works great. Video is clear -it's not a security camera but it does the job when someone is nearby.

The unit is nicely built, but poorly designed from a user perspective. In order to recharge the battery pack, you must remove it from the unit, which means unmounting it from the wall after removing the tiny awkward "security" screw on the bottom, then opening the back cover and finally unclipping the battery pack. Then you need to use a micro-usb cable (Not USB-C, and not provided) to charge the battery pack for hours before putting everything back together. Doing this process every few weeks is bothersome, but by design there is really no way to permanently power the device. A little more effort in design would have paid off greatly.

The camera quality and the ease of installation is great. The only downside is the battery storage. It gets to 10% from 100% easily within 45 days. It is a pain to recharge from holder every 45 days.

Device seems to be solid and well built. Installation and set-up was faily simple. I have two issues. 1, the battery took too long to charge out of the box. It would be nice if it had a partial charge to cut down on the installation time. 2, while installing, the small set screw that secures the unit to the mouting plate is TOO EASY to cross thread and potentially round out the philips head. It would perhaps be better if it were a torx or hex head screw. Otherwise, we’ll see how it performs.

Nice features and handy access without having to use other means to open the garage door. Video is a plus but if you want to look later who set off your motion detection (even without using the keypad) you will need a subscription. Also not hard to remove from mount to recharge periodically, but don't lose that tiny screw! That could be improved to not lose it. Must have MyQ hub for it to work though.

It's a great addition to garage access when multiple contractors or service people are coming and going. It allows you to see who is there and they can call you from the device if it doesn't work. Everyone gets their code, too. That way you can cancel that code instead of resetting it for everyone.

This was very easy to install with clear instructions. The camera quality is decent and it works well. The only downside is the battery life.

Easy installation and setup. Camera is clear. Batteries are so so. I would buy again.

It’s a good camera, but it does not have local memory storage and the subscription can be kind of expensive.

It seems amazing. I love that you can set a code for friends so you can turn it off when not expecting. The only downfall is my stipid garage opener. A Genie, doesn't take any garage openers except genie product. However. I can still use the camera. So it can trick ppl into thinking we have one and record them. For security. One day Ill get a new garage door opener.

A nice upgrade to the legacy keypad. One concern is around the battery usage. However, if you have the battery save option ON, it significantly improves battery consumption. It used only 2% for a week for me.
