I received the wrong product, I ordered charge point Home Flex Tesla level 2 charger but I received the universal charger and not the Tesla port charger

Best Buy’s website is wrong. This review is not about the product but rather the fact that this is described as a Tesla charger. This is NOT a NACS cord/port but rather a J1772 port/cord - incorrectly titled as “Tesla”. Note several 1 star reviews all saying the same thing. Need to fix your website Best Buy. Wasted now 1+ weeks waiting for this, $$ and trips to Supercharger while my home charger still not setup because of website error.

Unit I had was dead on arrival. Didn't know because installation was two weeks later after the return window. Got lucky best buy customer service was kind enough to accept my return still.
