A friend raved to me about the Chirp line and I waited far too long to actually order one of their products. I have always used a standard foam roller after the gym for sore muscles, but this muscle roller is a game changer. I really like how you can better target certain spots. I bought it at the right time because I was 3 days into dealing with a terrible kink/knot at the base of my neck when it arrived. I had my husband roll out the knot before bed using the Focus XR roller and it felt significantly better the next morning. I haven’t used the roller on its own without the handle yet, but am hopeful that it will work just as great as the rest of this product has so far. I would highly recommend this product and am very happy I bought it for myself!!

Good quality and we love the 3 different roller options. Helps get the soreness out of muscles.

Bought this for my husband who has had chronic pain. We both love using this on our necks for tension or headaches and also on large muscle groups. It’s really easy to swap out the different rollers and each one does something different!

This is my 3rd Chirp purchase- this has saved my neck so much after a long day at the desk using excel all day. It’s nice to roll out my muscles and just get some blood flow. BBY was quick to ship. Happy with my purchase

This didn't work too well for me. I've purchased several other Chirp wheels for myself and others over the padt several years and love them all. I ended up returning it for a 6 inch Chirp wheel. I had one before, but gave it away so I know I'll love it.

Not what I hoped it would be. Good quality pieces, but was hoping I could use it on my back without assistance but can’t. Will be returning.

I just got my rollers in the mail, and oh my goodness they are a recovery game changer!!! Using the long, standard muscle rollers on my legs is…not the easiest. (You know how you have to do like a push up or plank to roll out your legs?!) These little hand-held rollers make it SO MUCH EASIER! The deep tissue roller is my favorite so far. But actually it’s tied with the small neck roller because WOW. I’m actually taking it to the gym tomorrow to show my friends! Try it.

I've used the chirp wheel in the past and was excited to try the roller. The roller feels high quality and like it will last for years so its worth the money. The 3 attachments are great for rolling out different areas and are super easy to switch out. Buy it!

I have loved the new 3 in 1 wheel. It has been great for targeting those sore leg muscles. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a muscle roller.

I can't recommend this product more! I have scoliosis and this relieves the tightness and pain that I chronically get. LOVE!
