This claw machine is perfect for our kids battling cancer at our Heroes Hangout!! It took 2 people about 3 hours to put it together and it works great. Although it is a bit smaller than arcade machines, it is beautiful and fun addition to our Playroom!!

This was a bit of an impulse buy for the kids for Christmas and I must say that I’m very pleasantly surprised. Very well packaged and the instructions are clear with well labeled pieces. My short “demo” session was amazing with fun lights, sounds, and well designed layout. I’ve seen other reviews stating problems with the claw, joystick, etc but I experienced none of those so maybe it was assembly error. Price could be a little better but it’s definitely a keeper for us.

Fun arcade game. My son loves it. He loves how it is just a miniature version of the big ones. Only wish it would accept money and had a lock and key instead of a combination lock.Other than that great machine.

I would make this purchase again in a heartbeat! Perfect arcade accessory.

Close to as easy as other Arcade1up games to put together. It is very well packed so there is no damage. The game looks great in the basement, kids and their friends love playing it. The problem is the claw stopped working two days in. Customer service over email was very good, giving me a walkthrough via email within 24 hours. I can tell they already knew this was a problem. The walkthrough for reset does work, but I have had to do that at least three times in the past year. It always happens when the kids come over, everything is busy, and the claw fails to work... A product that does not work as advertised should be one star, I gave two because the Arcade1up customer service is very good. They are trying to put out games and kinks happen, but for something this expensive, I have to spend hours putting together, to have it fail frequently is no good. Mine was purchased in 2024, they may have found a solution to this problem but I was not given that solution.

It’s so nice and easy to play with ! It’s nice to have in my game room collections
