I've had this PC for a few days now and I can confidently say it's the best and fastest one I've ever owned. If you're hesitant about building your own computer due to lack of expertise or simply not wanting the hassle, this PC is an excellent choice. It runs the majority of games at maximum FPS effortlessly. Would definitely recommend picking this one up if you want something that'll last. Also really enjoy how you can just open the case from the side by pulling instead of having to unscrew a side panel.

Finally decided to pull the trigger on a new rig and it was 100% worth the price! Easy set up, plug and play. Lightning fast speeds and can handle games on ultra settings. Frame rate never dips. I use 144hz monitors so I usually cap the frame rate and I never see any dips in performance. Very sleek design too. If you’re debating whether or not to upgrade, JUST DO IT!

I have owned this PC for 2 months now and i am pleased with the performance so far. I mainly use it for gaming, streaming shows, and web searching. Games i have played on it so far are Destiny 2, Call of Duty, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2, and the First Descendant. Nothing too demanding. Graphics are beautiful. I am new to PC gaming so I am still learning what this PC can do. The only issue I have had with my computer is my fans will not come on sometimes after initial start up. The fan lights would just flicker. I would have to do a full shut down of my PC and start it back up and the fans would come on.

**If you’re looking for a pre-built, do yourself a favor and AVOID this brand at all cost** They choose the absolute cheapest parts possibly. Pc started blue screening 3 months in. Now we’re at the year mark and Pc blue screens non-stop. Find out Ram, ssd, AND cpu failed. Worst $3k I’ve ever spent.

By far the worst product and company . Spent over 2000 for a product that didn’t work when I received it . had to send it back . Received a new gaming system for it to stop working after a couple months . Sent it back in again and was issued a refund . Tried to get a copy of the data that was on gaming system but the customer service dept is unable to find the system . Customer service is just as horrible as the product. Youre better off building a gaming system through Best Buy you can get better parts for the same amount of money.

We have read your feedback, and would like to respectfully address it and the points raised.
First, please know that we sincerely regret any issue that arose with any of our systems, which sadly denied you the positive experience enjoyed by the vast majority of our customers. Issues are uncommon overall, though despite the great care and expertise involved with assembling, integrating, testing, packaging, and shipping our systems, they can and do still occur from time to time. While we do all we can to reduce issues, it is a simple fact that any physical product, of any brand, will have a failure rate, no matter how small. We know that fact doesn't make it any less frustrating when it happens to you, and we apologize.
Second, we would like to speak to the concerns raised regarding the second system and your request to get data from it, after its return. After researching the matter, the reason we have been unable to find the system, is that it has not been returned to us. The system was instead returned to Best Buy. As shown in the images of communications between you and Best Buy, which you kindly provided our Support Team, when Best Buy indicated that it had reached the service center, and that they were getting to work, etc., that was Best Buy's service center, not ours at CLX. While in future Best Buy may, or may not, return the system to us, currently they would be the entity in possession and who you would need to reach out to, regarding any attempt to recover data from the system. That being said, we have made notations, and will make every effort - if the system is returned to us - to reach out to you, and assist in data recovery, if possible.
