There are no replacement parts for the mount. They claim they work! They dont fit. Worthless without the mount

Use it for 2months then stops working don't worth the money

The product does not do what most of it says on the box, needs internet which wont connect good thing has a indoor camera and the SD card records...i think so im returning it soon

I'd driven this around town for couple weeks, adjusting it several time to get what I felt were better angles before attaching it to the windscreen with adhesive. There was sufficient wiring and a little creative arranging made that wire inconspicuous as we drove. I also upgraded to a 256GB SD card since I thought the 32 GB might be a little small. It was handy that there's a USB pass through so that my phone or tablet could also charge while the camera is on. I finally took a multi-day multi-state long distance road trip with the dash cam and at the end of the trip reviewed several portions where we'd encountered dangerous driving by others as well as potentially dangerous road conditions caused by flooding. Images were clear and locating particular spots was straightforward if a little tedious. I was also pleased with the logged info about speed and location; I did find the sound in the in cabin side a little muddy but that might have been a combination of my music choice and sound levels. All in all I'm glad to have this as a back-up.

will not connect to the app and the app is the entire reason that I wanted to buy this camera

I feel like this product has tremendous potential, hardware feels good but the buck stops there. Like others have mentioned the biggest let down here is the app/ connectivity leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of difficulty connecting to the product, even after connecting viewing live, reviewing saved footage is abismal at best. They really need to work on this, not worth the hassel!

Stopped working with the app a few months after use. I updated the firmware of the device, also cleared data and reinstall the app in 3 different phones and the Dash Cam would crash every time I opened the app. A few months after, it started rebooting randomly and lose every configuration. Now it crashes randomly when it turns on, I have to disconnect it from the power source and connect again a few times until it turns on. Also, there are some features in the device than I am not able to use, it will crash if I try to configure it

Everyone should have a dashcam in their vehicle, it helps protect them by recording events as they happen and not hearsay.

Works great! However, the review camera doesn’t catch much past the seats. We mostly got it for front view.

Great quality, but app is slow and glitches sometimes.

Impossible to turn off the rear facing camera. Had mine for about 6 months, when one of the "scroll" buttons activated on it's own. Now any time you want to look at videos, pictures, or change settings, or set it up on a new truck, it just scrolls non-stop. Looked online this seems to be a common problem with these, and I haven't seen any posts that say how to fix the problem. Guess I'm going with Rand McNally.

It overheats easily and wont work. When I get back in my truck it wont record and buttons wont respond. Once it starts working the screen is black and it'll slowly begin to go back to normal. I have to remove it every time and take it inside the AC every time because if left it truck it will overheat and take hours until it cools back down so it will work again... Bought in 05/31/2022 and failed within one week

It would be nice if it stayed on the window It has fallen down twice already I'm going to have to super glue it to my window then I'll will never come off

I really likr this dash cam. Great views of all directions. I will purchase another for my truck
