My tech did a great job of connecting my speakers in my box and he even opened the box my subs were in so we could both know how many amps my subs could take so I could have the right amp pushing them,

After purchasing brand new Bose OEM door speakers for my 1999 Miata (which weren't available at Best Buy), I had Trevor install them at the Orange store. What a great, professional job they did there!! I am super pleased with the work and with the personality/helpfulness of Trevor.

I wanted to retain my stock appearance and not reduce cargo space - along with not sacrificing my head unit. The boys expertly put everything back together with no rattles and all parts clicking back together. You can't even tell they had the whole thing apart. The wring, the tuning and the custom enclosure for the sub are all top notch. A+

I dropped off my 8" Rockford Fosgate subwoofer to BB Fairlakes and they did an excellent job mounting it in my subwoofer enclosure and wiring it up to my Pioneer AMP.. Sounds Amazing.. the manager and the techs here worked with me and kept me apprised of ever aspect of my installation and I couldn't be happier with them.

Great experience, ive been having speaker problems and they have been super helpful. Everything was explained in a way i could understand easily and they did their best to make sure my car sounds as good as possible. Suoer friendly, 100% will recommend

This is the 2nd complete car audio install at the Best Buy store in Gilbert, AZ. I can't say enough good things about the techs there. They are professional and have years of install experience. Talk with them before you purchase, because they are much more knowledgeable than the sales people inside the store!

I am very happy with having my speakers installed at BEST BUY. The installation was done in the time that I was told. The speakers sound great and I have recommended to my brother to get his speakers at BEST BUY and have them installed there. I had attempted to install the speaker myself but to no avail. Get'er done instead.

This is the best experience i have had with customer service in a while. From picking out the speakers in the store with help from Dave (St Pete store), then setting up the appointment and installation, Best Buy is simply the best. The speakers sound great and look like they originally came with the car. I could not be happier and would recommend them.

Best Buy always does a great job at car audio installations. Have had them work on my car and both of my daughters. I highly recommend getting Total Tech Support if you plan on having a lot of work done to one car or many cars. The money it saves you is amazing.

Very fast service. I had an issue with one speaker that kept going in and out. Immediately went back.. they fixed the issue and haven't had any problems since! I really am pleased with the fast and reliable service here. I highly recommend them for installation!

Theses guys were great. We were told 3 1/2 to 4 hrs for installation of my son's radio and speakers. 1 1/2 hrs later they called and were done. Excellent work and no up selling. Would definitely recommend.
