I was welcome with a smile from a staff, asking how he could help me. I told him what I wanted. He quickly escorted me to the department and handed me to his colleague. He introduced himself and asked me what am looking for. He got the item for me. He made my day.

After a rocky start with the call center but a better experience in person with the installers And the excellent manager customer service... it all made me feel good about the purchase. The actual starter has about a 3 to 5 second delay which is standard for it is and the distance does not penetrate cement walls and medical equipment... but range is good if your home or in a regular office or school. I like the two remote and the little display is nice. With the money on sale by not retail price in my oppinion....

I recently purchased a used Nissan Altima and gave myself a remote start as an early Christmas present. My wife has a Compustar unit on her Hyundai Elantra GT so I was already familiar with the product. It works as described, locks, unlocks, and starts remotely. No more walking out to a cold car this winter or a hot one next summer. The parking lot where i work is smallish so we park on the street just outside the lot. I start my car from the third floor about half a city block away when I'm getting ready to leave and walk out to a warmed up car. I love it. I had to wait a couple of days for an install slot because they were booked up but when I brought my car in it was done in less than an hour. Don't know how I got along without one on my old car.

This remote start is such a great product and saves time. I love the fact that I can get into my cas in the mornings and its very warm especially since I work night shifts. It runs for 15 minutes and shutsoff which is good.

Overall I enjoy my remote starter, I get into a warm car and for that I'm thankful. It does not work if I am away from it, I have to get closer to it to activate it. And it took the employee 4 hours to install, those are the only things I wish I could improve

Install at Best Buy was great but this does not work with OEM remotes. Remote start works great but not great with OEM lock and unlock. You have to use either OEM remote or COMPUSTAR lock/unlock. If you lock your car doors with the button on the door, compstar will unlock the door but the car alarm will go off.

Great system and super affordable. Does not void the vehicle warranty either.

This system works but the buttons are finicky. Very easy to set off the alarm instead of cranking your vehicle.

Bought this on sale back before Christmas. Had to wait a bit for an install date as it was peak time right around the holidays. But super happy to be able to get the car warm on these winter mornings. I leave for work well before sunrise and not having to go outside and physically start the car and/or worry about it being stolen was well worth the money.

Purchased from Best Buy because I have previous good experiences with remote starters and laptops. Compustar is a basic starter, but, it works. Car starts, stops, locks, and unlocks when you push the buttons. In my experience they are a reliable device. I am very pleased with the product and service.

I bought it as a gift for my mom and she loved it cause we get get snow and we have to go outside and scrape the windows and start it but now for both of us we can remote start our cars a head of time it’s amazing

Bought the coffee star remote start for my wife’s car and I also got the upgrade to the DroneMobile, which comes with three button remotes. They were great and it’s nice using your phone or your smart watch to start your car.

Had this installed in my wife`s 2000 ford ranger and she loves it. works great and the installer did a great job and took the time to show her how it worked. Great job!
