I absolutely love this remote starter! I bought one before this that didnt fit my car, but it had the 2-way remote. Denver, the installer, called me ahead to tell me I needed this one, but he still used the 2-way remote from the 1st one i bought. They lost power from the storm and he still installed it for me and his work was done so well, like its always been there. I love this!

The remote start works well! The issue we had is I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift and during the purchase I was informed that the installation bay was no longer active in the St. Matthews store. The sales rep set up an installation appointment at the Outerloop store. My daughter took time off work to attend the install appointment and upon arrival was told that she did not have an appointment and that it had been cancelled by Best Buy corporate. Despite having our printed paper confirmation from the St. Matthews store, they could not get us in that day after they had cancelled our appointment. Eventually after we had set another date to come back and my daughter left the store, we received a call that an appointment had opened that day. So, the product, yes! Works well.... Customer Service and installation, not so great and a bit frustrating. I suggest calling the day before the installation to make sure they haven’t cancelled your appointment.

I love being able to start my car from inside my house or job. Even the air will be cool just like if I had started the car myself. My only complaint is that there is no panic button or way to keep my old key fob for that purpose. Other than that 9/10 recommend!

Great remote starter. Ordered the alarm with it which is also worth it. Had to return to installation bay a week later bec it wasn’t installed correctly. Upgraded to the two way remote…which was a great decision. I would definitely recommend!
