The Tech at the store was great. I wanted to order the remote starter for Christmas for my wife. Someone in the store sent me to the back of the store to the installation department to order it. Did make since to me but the tech in department went on computer to help me order it. Installation was supposed to be a couple days later I went to store to have it put in and it wasn't there. The parts were delayed several times but I was not contacted by the store and you can't contact the store. When I called someone at the Indian call center said it was there, gld the nice tech called and told me it wasn't there. Then I got an email and text saying me paid order was being cancelled but bothe parts weren't there. I appreciate the help the tech gave me but the store it's self was little help. The off sight help center was little help if you can't understand them. I'll think twice before trying this again.

So far it is an excellent investment for our vehicle

Had this installed in my kids car and it works great

Easy to use . But I had a 2 pm appointment to get it installed and I didn't get my vehicle until close to 8 pm
