Only issue is that sometimes when I use the fob to unlock my car doors, it will sometimes unlock the trunk too. In order to unlock the trunk, I have to press the button twice, on my fob, to unlock the doors, and wait 2 seconds and then press the same button twice to unlock the doors/trunk. So it unlocks the doors twice just to unlock the trunk. There's no separate button for just the trunk release. Its really irritating when I simply press it twice just to unlock my doors and I get in my car and buckle up and then notice that my light indicator shows that a door is open, I have to get out of my car to open the trunk to shut it. Not fun to do in bad weather. It accidentally opens the trunk about twice a week. I do like how distant the key fob can go in order to activate the remote start. My front door to my home can be closed and my key fob will still work, turning on my car.

Works well and installation was easy. Best Buy team did a great job.

We got one for one of our other cars. We love it we even had Best Buy install the remote start. It didn’t take that long to get done. I’m happy we got another one so we can have it on both our cars

Easy to use...a. item needed for all vehicles with push button start.

I bought this product to replace a remote start that was purchased not fitting my daughter’s car. The issue I have is no smart phone capability unless you buy an add on. My issues started with Best Buy it’s self. My mechanic was installing the old one so since he was already into it I had him finish even though this product came with free install. Long story short. 3 visits to store, two additional purchases later for harness that was supposed to be packaged separately but they mysteriously couldn’t find and a purchase of a data cord. The worst part was the stores not answering phones. This would have saved a lot of headache and mileage from the beginning. Instead you have to talk to whatever country has the customer service contract. They told me options that were not helpful and not accurate. Best Buy do better.

Great product, great price,great service, great customer service

I bought this for my daughter's car and my boyfriend's car. They both seem to love it. Denver in the installation department was great, and went over the instructions thoroughly so we were sure to know how to use it.

Have not gottennit installed yet but know we will love it

I like using this remote start system because it saves time and we put it on a car that didn't have a remote starter . This is my first tume ever using Compustar and i must say that i really like it.

The Best Buy Team installed this kit on my truck & works nice, More specially because the hot weather is coming that pre cold ac air is going ti be useful

Just had one put in my truck and my wife’s jeep so far working perfectly. Recommended for anyone who do not want to go out in the cold or get a hot car. Haven’t had any trouble so far,so go out and get one

So great being able to start and warm the car on those frigid winter days from the comfort of inside. Bonus points, it works to cool the car on sweltering summer days.
