The remote start unit and installation was substantially discounted during a Christmas sale. The installation was completed in about an hour. The technician was asked a few questions concerning configuration options, and explained what to expect. That was a little over a month ago. It has performed as expected so far. Very pleased with the remote's range. It doesn't beep the horn to confirm the engine start sequence has successfully initiated which would be handy.

Great product. Installation was quick by Best Buy. I was shown how to use. Could not believe how simple it was.

Professionally installed with instructions for use. Looking forward to have a warm truck to get in on the cold days ahead.

Got this for my wife and she loves it! Says it even works from inside the warehouse where she works, so the car is warmed up when she gets out. Best Buy tech did a great job installing.

Just wanted to upgrade my new Mazda CX 9 and this was the perfect product for a remote start. Best Buy did a great job installing it and it took no time. I will be upgrading next with the remote with the drone and remote with the display next!!

This product is easy to use and install was quick!

First I received a defective starter. They sent me another, but it was MY responsibility to swap it out. Thankfully, Best Buy covered it. It drains my battery in cold weather. Also, the phone app will sometimes lie, telling me it stopped or started, but it did not. I got it to keep my dogs cool in hot weather. It seemed to work for that, but not sure how to trust it.

Great product for old cars! But don’t get it installed at best buy. Geek squad is the worst nightmare. They don’t give you appointments and when they do they are just rude.

Easy to use and the best part is that i git the drone upgrade and I have unlimited range with my phone.

Clean install by Best Buy crew in Downers Grove. Found this on sale and it works great. Nice way to update an older car.

I love it. Definitely came in handy for winter and can't wait use it during the summer.
