Great Product and Service from Best Buy

The system is awesome and I even signed up for the yearly plan AFTER they gave me a 30 Day Trial for free.

No Tilte Sensor

Best Buy/geek squad sucks

I would like to be able to tell you how good this alarm system is. Or I would like to be able to tell you how bad it is. The problem is that Best Buy sucks at keeping their appointments for installation. I don't know why they offer installation if they can't do it. What's worse is the help chat option because I just get bounced around to three or four different agents. So then when I try the phone number instead, I just get disconnected. I will likely just return this purchase and go somewhere reliable.

Bad install

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A bad install caused a short that required a repair visit to the Toyota dealership to repair, Mike the manager at Dickson City store was very helpful to try and remedy the situation but it still took 3 visits to the dealership and over 12hours of my time.
