Bought the LED upgrade kit which increased the starter distance to 3000 feet and gives positive audio/visual feedback when doors are unlocked or engine is started. Also received free Geek Squad installation. Bought this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. She is very pleased with her new remote start.

My car doesn't come with the option of having remote start so thanks to the Best Buy in Tyler I have that option and went for it. The Geek Squad installed everything quickly and taught me little tricks about it.

I recently purchased a new car starter . I just got it installed yesterday. I love it, so glad i got it. The service technician was great he even got me in a few minutes early. When it was done he explained in detail everything he had done and had me try it all before leaving. Thanks for the great service .

This is probably the bes thing that i have ever purchased for my car (and myself). no more having to run outside in the cold to start my car. No more getting in my car and freezing to death. I love this. The Geek Squad installation was a good experience too. I so recomend this to everyone!!!

I started with the basic setup. What I loved about the compustar brand through best buy is the ability to upgrade as I wish. It was reasonably affordable to get basic kit and installation was included at the time. It's worked so well for me. Doesn't work from inside the officend, but if I uparaded it would!

Great value, i would recommend getting the extended range transmitter with feedback to know when your car is started. Also if you buy Geek Squad "Total Tech Support" then the installation is free. its worth the money

Works well with '08 Nissan Altima. There is a bit of a delay from when you press/hold the remote until car starts, but is normal. If you don't enter your car within 15 minutes, car shuts off. If you get into car and don't put car into gear within 45 seconds, car will shut off. Easy to get used to.

Good for those cold mornings. Waiting for it to go on sale again so I can get one for my dad

Gave as a Christmas gift to my husband. He loves it! Best Buy installation was easy. Everyone was great to work with. Only complaint was it took awhile to get an appointment. We have a newer SUV the car has started every time. Makes the chilly Minnesota mornings a bit more bearable.

This remote start worked very well and fulfilled my needs. My only complaint was that I had to purchase an add-on in order for it to be a two-way remote and to meet the distance I wanted it to. Overall, it worked well and was nice for in the winter when I wanted to warm my car up before driving.

The entire process of purchasing, setting appt., going to appt., and completion of installation was awesome. Getting into a warm car on a cold day...PRICELESS! Thank you to all who took part in my process!

I purchased the drone system with the smart phone add on. It works well, but I didn't like the little one button remote. I stopped using the remote, but I love the smart phone remote start. I started it at the airport the other day when I landed and the truck was warm by the time I made it out with my bags, pretty cool.

This is a great alarm system work's great with starting and hasn't let me down so far.

This was a great buy for my husband's christmas gift. Chris was very helpful and did the install great. He explained the product details wonderfully to me and made sure I understood the warranties and optional items that can be adapted to the system if we so desired them.

My wife bought me this as a gift for Christmas. This email to review it have it away. We share the same rewards card that is associated with my email. My wife is terribly disappointed that I found out before Christmas what she got me. So, I can't really rate the actual product yet. Maybe next time wait till after Christmas before you send out the email with the reviews.

My wife loves this addition to her SUV! Remote starts her SUV and by the time she is ready to leave the vehicle is warm inside or cooled depending on time of year. The free installation went great and the installet was helpful and informative.

This remote starter is great. I wanted to be able to use the key fobs I had. This unit worked just perfectly with the key fobs. This unit does it great. I am going to install in my other car too. Word to the wise....let the GEEK SQUAD do it.

I purchased the remote starter kit with two remotes and the installation package for my Toyota Highlander and for our Scion xB. The Geek Squad did a great job on both installs and the remotes work fine. They finished the work on time and were very good to work with.
