The starter is all I expected out of this unit. The cell coverage in my area is excellent. It works every time. I am paying for the premium GPS service. I love it. However I took one star off because the geek squad installer charged me extra 25$ for hooking it up to the automatic locks in my car! No tips!!

I have been looking at the Fitbit for some time now and it lived up to my expectations.

I purchased the remote starter as a gift for my daughter. The blue shirt floor person was not knowledgeable about the product. I had to wait for 1 hour to speak with the Geek Squad tech. After talking to the tech, I left felling confident that I had a complete system and understood how to proceed. At the time of the appointment, we found out that one key had to be sacrificed for the install. I was not informed of this requirement. We went ahead and completed the install without the security chip being installed. My daughter had to drive 2.5 hours each way to her college dorm to retrieve her spare key. The tech was accommodating and worked us in to install the chip. The remote started worked! I purchased a replacement key and had it programmed (additional $240 expense). After that time, the remote start quit working. On January 13 my daughter called the Best Buy install team to schedule an appointment. We were unable to schedule an appointment or get worked in to trouble shoot the problem. I called and talked to the store manager and he promised that the Geek squad would call me to discuss the issue. I never received a call. My daughter had to return to her college and will schedule an appointment sometime in February to resolve the issue. She will not get the benefit of a remote car starter during the coldest months of the year. Very poor customer service.

Love cooling the car before you get into it! This is our first remote starter and I highly suggest you have Best Buy install the device! We are loving it in the hot summer. Expecting warmth in the car before we enter in the cold winter months!

It helps defrost windows and I don't need to go outside in the snow.

Not the starter I intended but when I got to install they told me the one I bought wouldn't work with my car. Much overpriced and lacking features compared to the viper that I wanted. It works fine, but not from very far away. Does what I need it to do for the most part.

Love this addition to my vehicle! Roll out of bed, grab my keys, and point the remote out the window. Clear windows without scraping. Just make sure you set the heat controls to hot defrost with the fan turned up the night before ;)

need this for Ohio winters.. whos cold now?? better get one

First of all and probably most important my wife loves it lol...second it’s a great value compared to Hyundai’s factory annual subscription plan priced at $300/year!!!

This was for my daughter and granddaughter. Although it won't get really cold now that it is March, it will be appreciated next fall/winter. The Geek Squad installed it in less time than quoted and without problems. She can stand at the front door and start her car on the street and not worry about theft since it is locked up and without keys. Without the remote being in the car, it would shut off even if somebody figured out a way to drive it. PERFECT!! She is 100% happy so I am happy. (...and I got in on sale in the spring!)

There is no better feeing than getting in your car already warm and ready to ride. Living in the Midwest, a remote starter is almost mandatory. This product does exactly what I need. The cost was definitely on par with other retailers (If not a little better.) I would recommend.

I got this for my sister for her Christmas present. No more going out in the cold to heat up the car or leave the keys inside now she loves the fact she can start it with one button and warm up the car great remote starter

I was referred to get the auto start for my car from Best Buy. I'm glad I made that choice. Ever since I have been referring friends to get their auto start done at Best buy with the hands of the experts at Geek Squad. Perfect combination

The remote starter has good distance to it & was bought at a great price during Christmas for 1/3 off the regular price. Made an appointment through email & the installation took ~1 hour. Used on my wife's 2010 Honda Odyssey.

This was one of the best buys I ever made. Can remote start my truck when I have it parked as far away as possible at work. Don't have to go outside at all to start to warm it up. Just hit remote and it starts.

Original thought the remote start worked up to 1000 ft but I see from the description it’s 800...still was a great purchase, had one incident were the car wouldn’t open when It was extremely cold, but otherwise I love the convenience it provides

works well not the highest level of security but does the job for my purpose. Had installed by best buy, they did a good job. Only complaint is that since I have an audi had t lose one of my keys in order to get the extra security/remote start installed.

Works good, so convient for the winter time especially since I have to get in and out a lot with a toodler, makes our mornings so much easier when the car is warmed from the apartment! I wished it didn't shut off when I open the car doors though.

I bought this to instal in my Toyota rather than a factory remote start system. The extra reach is well worth it. Works well and haven't had a single issue. Good product for the price!
