Very professional install all wires hidden and everything works great

Bought this on the deal of the day. Needed to replace an old Viper starter that died. Installation was great, the tech was friendly and helpful. Glad this one didn't need the key to remain inside anymore, so now I have a spare again. I wish the range was a little better, but seeing as how I can see my vehicle from the window at work, it suits my purposes well. I wish the panic feature worked, as well as a horn sounding when locking twice, like most do, but I was told that it will either sound the horn all the time, or not at all. The old Viper was much better, but it of course cost twice as much. Overall, a great deal for the money, as long as it lasts at least a few years.

We bought this remote starter for my wife's Kia Sorrento and it worked wonderfully for the 4 years we had that vehicle after it was installed. It also brought us some money back at the time we traded it, so I'm guessing that covered the price we paid for it.

No complaints and works well. For the money great value with installation. Has worked with no issues. Only drawback its oneway so it does not confirm car is on. But if lights are on you know car is on. Hardware is a little plastic and looks low end. But again I got what I paid for and I am good with it. Car doors open, trunk opens, and love that it starts with ease. Have been inside stores and starts every time. I must stress the interior antenna is big and eyesore, try to ask to put it behind your review mirror it is better than the bottom left of windshield or console.

Bought this on BESTBUY.COM deal of the day and took it to Cedar Rapids to have installed. It ended up costing more and they asked if I wanted th electric back door to open and I said yes, but they wanted 30 bucks more, I couldnt believe it, when Im sure it was just a wire hook up. They did a great job, but there is one thing Im not happy with, and thats the range, it says 1000 feet, but you have to be outside or nothing in the way for it to start you car. Overall they did a good job, but when I called the customer service, they said that included everything, and they were wrong. They have shop fees, and other charges..... Dennis

I bought it online with an installed by Geek Squad price. The scheduling was easy, the tech, Chris A, was informative and did excellent work. It took quite a while to install but I was told that up front. The estimated time, 4 to 5 hours came in around the 4 1/2 hour mark. I guess he did these before. Only had it since this past Monday but it's working as expected so far.

If this comes up again on the deal of the day I recommend you buy it. It includes all installation and I paid nothing else. The buttons are not as responsive as the factory remote when locking/unlocking the doors, but not a deal breaker. The remote start feature works as advertised. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this remote starter on line at a great price which included installation from the geek squad. Had to pick up in store, but that went smooth. Then just set up an appointment with the squad of geeks for the installation. All questions were answered buy the pick up counter or the geek squad that I had and the appoiuntment was made. Extra parts were needed for my vehicle but were minimal and only had to spend another $25 dollars. The appointment was on time and it took just around 4 hours to install as advertized. All works well and I'm happy Thanks Best Buy.

Good Remote Starter Went to movie theatre last week and car would not start from 50 feet away in building No Audible Alarms Handy yet it could have been set up and explained better

The remote starter was a great deal and works well. Installation was good but you need to leave the car for 4 hours. Did not pay extra for the trunk opener as it caught me by surprise. Now regret not having it.

I think that overall it is a pretty good unit. It is not high end but a middle of the road. Bought this as a deal of the day W install so that was the best value. Full price would probably be a bit much for this unit. But if you don't push the buttons on the remote too quickly it will work fine. This unit is NOT an alarm so if you want an alarm feature also be sure that you get the 600AS model, - AS = Alarm & Start. This unit has a 1000' foot range & I belive that is probably an accurate Manfacturers statment. Also the running lights come on when the remote start is operating. You may need an addtional security module, & relays so there may be a bit more of a cost. Check it out first if you can, to avoid excessive additional costs.

I got a great price on Best Buy's "Deal of the Day" savings. It may not have the range I expected from the description but the unit is solid and easy to use.

This was a great deal on a remote start. Still trying to get the security add-on though. Button does work a little slower than most.

I grew up in Massachusetts and lived there for over 30 years so I know the cold of winter and the humidity of summer. I've lived in TN for over 10 years and it gets cold and humid here too (the winter's here are not comparable to MA). i got my new Juke in 2011 and BB had this deal on sale including installation and I wanted to get this 'upgrade'. I've gone the past 10+ years with no A/C and limited other features in my 1994 car. So I got this JUST to warm up the car in the winter. I park in a lot for a shuttle ride to work so prior to departing the shuttle I click MY remote 3 times and my car starts up...and warms up....so when I get in it's not THAT cold. I then deduced I could use it in the summertime too to cool down my car before I got in (even with the sunshade in the front window). After @1 year it stopped working but it was within the warranty period (I'd click my remote but it wouldn't turn 'on') and BB fixed it without issue and no issues since then. I've never had heated seats nor a remote starter and now I don't think I can live without either and using BB for the purchase and installation is something I'l do ALL over again.....when I get my next car.............someday.

User friendly and the distance is really a 1000ft. I have tested it from at least that far and works great. Easy install by Best Buy, took 3hrs and did not see anything new added to my car. Works with exsting systems.. Overall for the money its great..

Great product and professionally installed. Great workman ship and lifetime garuntee is tough to beat.

I bought this for my high school son for Christmas, it was a Best Buy daily deal so a really great price! Since his car in not in the garage, this helps start and warm up his car in the early mornings helping him get to school on time!! Have had it for a week or so and no problems to report!

So far no problem using this remote starter. The only problem I have is that the remote does not work like my car remote. My car remote will unlock driver door first and when pressed the second time the passenger doors. This remote will only open the driver door each time I press it but it will lock all doors.

The remote start is easy to use, but after you turn on the car you can not open the doors with the same remote. You have to use the car remote to open the doors. Also the antenna shows, it's on the inside of the front windshield on top.

Been searching around for a remote start, and this was by far the best deal. Amazed at the warrantly. Can transfer the system if I change cars!!!
