The sales experience was a 5. The scheduling team was a 5. The install team was a 5. The time in which to get my products (specifically oven and beverage refrigerator) is ridiculous. Originally scheduled for early July and now pushed back to September. How your team doesn’t know this is unbelievable. For that I rate your time to receive the product as a 1. The Vent Hood is still being installed. Purchase date was 5/31/21 not 7/1/21

The product itself is excellent and so far has been working well. The issue I have is when Best Buy installed it, they forgot to deliver a part which I have since spent over 6 hours over the phone trying to get from Samsung which to date I still do not have. Best Buy would not order the part for me and removed themselves from the problem which was disappointing,

I love the cooktop, however, you must be careful not to move cast iron skillet across burner until the skillet has cooked. Otherwise, it will scar the glass cooktop.

Edy was great in doing the installation of both the cook top and the over the range microwave. He made a good recommendation on how to vent the microwave externally and also took the time to speak with that installer so they could be coordinated. I also appreciated him and his helper in remaining COVID-19 safe by wearing their masks !

The installers did a great job installing the Kitchenaid cooktop in my kitchen. They made sure that it was working properly before they left. They were very kind and professional as well! They also hauled the old cooktop away. Awesome job!!

The stove top is good looking, stainless steel and black grates that go well with the rest of our kitchen appliances. We love the knobs that are right on top, and are so easy on the brain to figure out which knob adjusts the heat on which burner...easy stuff...and beautiful!

While the installation team did a great job, I was disappointed that I had it measured twice and when it finally arrived it was too large and my granite had to be cut for an additional price. It sits almost flush with the back wall.

Cooktop is very nice ! Easy to clean just wipe with damp paper towel. Love love the center burner for quick water boiling.

The product is great friendly use and the installation services was very professional clean and knowledgeable.

Techs came out to give an estimate to cut granite but was able to complete the job the same day.

The installer was really nice and helpful. Did a great and fast job.

Bought a stove top w installation for additional 138USD on june 28. Initial installation had gaps between the stove and the rubber gasket. Installers stated they would come back to correct it but did no show twice. Called best buy store and the initial customer service was great. Another installer came and the installation was absolutely horrible. He used black caulking and it was uneven, bumpy and over the stove top and the countertop. He stated that he has bad eye sights. Called Best Buy again and was referred to a manager named Matt. He referred us to work directly with his contractor and didn't offer any further assistance. Now almost two months passed, the stove installation is still not completed, we have caulking residues on our brand new stove top. I know the initial customer service lady was not in the installation department but I am hoping that she can help us.

The installer mis-installed the cooktop the first time, but then he came back to do the correct install

Absolutely the worst ever installation. There should be a NO star option. Appliance was damaged, missing parts, and the techs installed anyway. It is not level, did not complete the installation. Asked the tech to correct and he walked out the door and did not return. Left debris all over the floor.

The person who came to install my cooktop did damage to it, he needed to add a plug so he cut the cable from the cooktop and used the cable from the plug, when he had ton use the cable from the cooktop and attache to it the plug or he had to do it without a plug how it was supposed to be.

The item was purchased and then returned and replaced with another cooktop. Installation of the item has messed up my kitchen. Now, i need to get my kitchen cabinets cut which will cost me lot of money as well as spoil my kitchen. I am attaching the photo after the installation.

Really bad! They bring the wrong size when I gave the correct measurements I get charge $95.00 cash to cut my granite to fit the counter top and cut it to long that the counter top don’t cover it

Has yet to be installed as it was broken when the new microwave was installed. Now 2 months without a cooktop. It also cracked the new granite- very very sad state of affairs.
