After 3 Months Best Buy Still Failing

Just purchased online today despite the 2 previous poor download reviews. Yep here 3 months later Best Buy still has not debugged and corrected their download link for this product. Pathetic. They have had 3 months to correct the problem and have done nothing to fix the problem, ripoff!

program may be fine, download link with best buy doesn't work and was way to long to get a functional link sent. customer service is a joke. Go through pinnacle's site high chance of getting even cheaper at time of writing pinnacle has listed for 49.99 if I hadn't already paid for the product I would have gone that route with out thinking and will in future
