    I am very disappointed with my purchase. I went to click on the download link and it kept throwing an error page. I contacted support and they were unable to help so they sent me to Corel support and they were unable to help me as well.

    Why didn't I listen to the reviews? There is no Wordperfect 2020 DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. They are selling a product that doesn't exist. I been on the phone and emails with Best Buy and Corel. It's just a run around. They either don't have ears to hear or they can't comprehend when you tell them "THE DOWNLOAD LINK DOES NOT WORK. COREL DOES NOT HAVE THIS PRODUCT TO DOWNLOAD ON THEIR WEBSITE. And Best Buy phone boy told me NOPE, you cannot get a refund because it's a digital copy. I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone. I guess this is what small claims courts are for.

    I've used WordPerfect forever (along with Word -- it's an issue with work), and love the way WordPerfect works. But I've had trouble downloading the digital version, If you can use the disk version for installation, do it!

    Um, yea. read the reviews. They said not to get it b/c the link was broken. I contacted Corel directly and they said it was fixed. Then I bought it. Link was broken. Contacted Corel and they corrected it. YAY! Things worked great until I tried sending to others with MS WORD and it is NOT compatible. Do not buy this if you plan on sending documents to others.

      Hello and thanks for supporting WordPerfect. I'm sorry to hear that you are not experiencing the expected result of the product. I might be able to assist you if I am understanding the issue correctly. If you are attempting to send someone who uses MS Word a document that you've created in WordPerfect, you should save the WordPerfect file as a .doc or .docx file. You can do this by opening your WordPerfect document in WordPerfect, selecting "Save as" and then choosing the appropriate MS file type. Once that is saved to your system, you can send the file to the MS Word user and they should be able to open it without issue. If we are not understanding the issue correctly, please let us know and we can have someone assist further.

    Horrible! Don’t purchase this product because its a ripoff. Couldn’t not install it on my devices. I thought it may be the compatibility of my desktop computer. Then I tried to install it on my laptop, same error message. I tried to refund it to get my money back. Best Buy did not refund me my money. I am very very unhappy with product as well as Best Buy.

    Can't download to my windows or crome computer, i called bestbuy and now i have to take it in to the geek squad...

    I've used WordPerfect since its first DOS version, and while I also use Word, WP is always my first-choice. Reveal Codes makes it so easy to control and change formatting with confidence. For that reason alone WordPerfect would be my top choice. The 2020 update adds additional functionality to Reveal Codes, allows easier editing of footnotes and end notes, has improved PDF functions, and probably a lot of things I've not discovered. Did I mention that Reveal Codes is life-changing?! Keep in mind that I'm one of those people who think WP 6.2 for DOS was groundbreaking for its day, as it offered a GUI interface on DOS.

    The download link does not work!!! This is the error message that I receive every time I try to download the software via Best Buy's webpage.An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #(removed just in case it contains personal data) AND I even went directly to Corel and downloaded the software there - and guess what? The Best Buy product activation/serial number is INVALID. I'm gonna pull a World Series level Karen fit if I don't get my money back.
