However, I ended up returning it for a minor reason. The displayed heatsink comes premounted. My motherboard included heatsinks for the M.2 slots, and I liked the look of the motherboard heatsinks over the Corsair one. Rather than rip off the heatsink, I returned the drive for a Samsung.

It has disappeared multiple times from the OS & BIOS, causing the system to unexpectedly reboot. Unfortunately, when it rebooted, the drive was not visible to the BIOS, and the machine booted to the BIOS. This last time, it flat out took out part of the drive data, causing Windows to boot to a blue screen of death, yes, BSOD! Unfortunately, I lost an entire day's worth of work, but thankfully, I have been backing up my system at the end of the day, so I only lost a day's worth of work, not a week. I'm going to return this memory. We will see if the replacement works any better.
