i had a crappy headset for years now so upgrading to this was worth it. kind of pricey and the mic is mid but still a recommend!

Good headsets. Just was defect or maybe not. the right side of the headphones kept making a snapping noise when turning it or putting it on .

Surround sound quality great, have to download the Dolby software to get the most out of it. It definitely helps when trying to play prop Hunt in COD Cold war.

The headrest is perfect, however, sometimes the fil mic doesn't work. The sound is the best 10/10

Great headphone, dolby atmos is awesome. Previously only used logitech but with this headphone i m not going back.

Sound is amazing, I only have two complaints with these headphones. The battery seems to run out fast and there is no battery indicator. The other, is the ear cups after while tend to hurt from the inward pressure.

It's uncomfortable, puts a lot of pressure on a small point on your head. I might have been able to get used to this design failing, but enter bigger problem. It wouldn't stay connected to my PC for more than 20 minutes. USB dongle, Bluetooth, hard wire, software updates, firmware updates, it absolutely refused to stay connected. After 3 days of research with no fix found, but finding many others with the same problem, I finally just shoved it back in the box and went back to my Logitech G535.

These are my first pair of gaming headphones and little did I know(until now) that $200 gaming headphones typically suck for every other function, EXCEPT gaming. These headphones do a poor job at following the Harman curve. So you might hear that gunshot nice and crisp behind you, but thematic music? Pebbles hitting the car in forza? Horror tracks? All the rest I listed sounds muffled and far worse than my $100 wired Sennheiser headphones. And the EQ software must remain open AT ALL TIMES or you lose your EQ profile. Heaphones don't keep your settings unless the software is open. And there are lights that you simply can't turn off on the headset. If you have glasses, expect to constantly see the blinking green light and red mute mic light. TLDR: Muted-sounding, sub-par gaming headphones. And even WORSE everyday-use headphones. MSRP is $200 but I wouldn't even pay $100 for these. Pass.

Great noise and easy setup, although there isn’t any noise cancellation. I like it so far.

The sound quality is amazing when it actually stays connected. I have had head set for 3 days and 3 days it loses connection to PC and nothing gets it connected. I try all recommended troubleshooting steps and nothing works. The next day I am able to get it connected again. It drops off randomly and will not reconnect.

I have had nothing but problems with these headphones hs80max. The sound keeps cutting in and out. I feel sorry for the people with 15 days to return. Because the headphones worked fine for about that many days. The headphones looked used. Probably returned for the same reason. I wouod not buy these if i was you. Waste of money and time. I have tryed just about everything. 1 guy says to change your router settings to 2.4 ghz and turn from 40hz to 20 hz. Wifi settings. I do notice that when in use my videos load alot. I keep lagging when trying to navigate. Total trash.
