Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i had high expections when it came to this headset. the audio sounds good great bass and all that. software is not there for thos headset. ICUE software needs to be revamped and their app just needs to be better. The Mic quality is poor. it does not support background suppression even with their “nvidia broadcast” it makes everything worst. i have updated ever driver possible i have repairs and unstalled icue. mic sounds like a robot then itll fix on it on then it goes back to sounds like drive thru headset. The clamping force on my head man it was too tight. if you have a bigger head do not get this. i wanted to like these headset but i couldnt. if you looking for audio do go to corsair for audio.
