Sturdy keyboard though it is quite on the loud side when typing but I do love the dimer switch though when you first start up your PC it will be powered off so you will have to remember we're the keys are until the PC is unlocked and then the keyboard will light back up after 20 seconds which can be annoying everything else with is had been excellent

What a great keyboard! After purchasing a PC, we were told by the Best Buy advisor that purchasing this keyboard would be a great addition to the computer. I guess the other keyboard that came with the product wasn’t as nice. We tested both after getting home and this one blew the other keyboard out of the water! The product is built very well, the keys feel nice and it’s super easy to set up and go. Would definitely recommend!

I bought this because it had good reviews and the keycaps are double shot illuminated so you won't have labels wearing off, which has been my main gripe about my $50 Logitech keyboards. If this keyboard lasts just twice as long I'll be saving money. This last time the Logitech key labels wore off after just 5 months. I know that won't be the issue with this keyboard.
It feels solid and is very comfortable. I hate tiny keyboards with non-standard key locations and sizes. This full-size keyboard with normal key sizes and placement feels comfortable and natural. I don't have to relearn typing to use it effectively.
It's a bit on the noisy side, though not as clacky as some mechanical keyboards.
Love the dial which I've configured to control the back light illumination.
Just works on Windows 11. iCue software was easy to install and configure.
I really like the ease of mapping key combinations for different tasks including opening apps, pasting text, etc.

This is the first mechanical keyboard I've ever owned. I'm a decades-long gamer who has always wondered what it would be like to play on an upscale keyboard. The answer is GREAT.
The K70 isn't the top of the line keyboard. Keystroke travel and pressure are not configurable, for example. That said, the K70 Core is still a vast improvement over any membrane board I've ever owned. The lack of highest-end features is more than made up for by the sub-$100 price point.
Simple macro ability is built into the firmware. The customizing software is both useful and fun. Finally, the click, click, click sound is still making me grin. I'm very pleased.

Do you want a mechanical keyboard that won’t make your family think they’re living in a 1940s noir detective thriller? Do you long for the ability to write numbers with your right hand? Do you want a good keyboard?
I ditched a razer because it kept on waking my daughter up, and then I broke two cheapo keyboards in a year of only gentle use. So I took a chance on this one because it had a bunch of sound damping. It’s perfect! It sounds SO nice. Somehow, my kids were slamming on it and changed all the colors. Cool!

Love this keyboard. The keys are buttery with just the right amount of feedback. The volume knob is way more convenient than any other volume control I've found on a keyboard. The lights are easy to cycle styles and not too distracting.

Yes, it's a gaming keyboard, but I didn't buy it to play games. It's been decades since I've played computer games. I bought it because it's the closest thing to one of those old IBM clicker style keyboards I could find. Almost ever keyboard you see these days are those tiny, short stroke, membrane style keyboards, where the F keys are all jammed next to each other (whereas traditional keyboards have a gap between every 4 F keys). Not to mention, everything else is jammed together as well. Thankfully the K70 is laid out like a "traditional" keyboard, and being I learned to touch type, I find I NEED a keyboard like this, otherwise I'm always hitting the wrong keys, because I don't look at the keyboard when I'm typing. I also like the fact that the keyboard is backlit, so that in situations where I find I do need to look at the keyboard for a special purpose, it's easy to see in lower light situations. The fact that the lighting is colorful and you have random patterns is nice too, because it's just simply "cool". I like having a volume control on the keyboard too. That way I don't have to reach of the volume on my right side speaker, or click on the volume icon on the screen. I like the deep strokes and positive feel on the keys, along with the nice "clicking" noise that lets me know I'm actually typing. One minor quip is that the keyboard is super sensitive, and sometimes I wind up generating multiple characters with a single touch. I haven't dived deeply into the settings for the keyboard. This may be adjustable. I don't know. I'm an old dog. Not learning a lot of new tricks these days!

2nd one of these we've brought into the house. I've long been a fan of Corsair's product quality, and this keyboard is no exception. It's one of the more affordable mechanical keyboards on the market, and definitely worth the money. Corsair's iCue software can be a pain sometimes, but their customer support has always been a 10/10

Quiet, affordable, sleek yet sturdy. The lights are pretty bright and have multiple options to chose from once you use the software. Not a big fan of the software or how to obtain it.

Beyond Excellent Keyboard, The keys are extremely responsive, the mechanical keyboard is not as Loud as most brands when using and the RGB color is amazing, there is a nob for volume control which is super helpful, over all 10/10 would recommend this keyboard for the price.

I very much liked this keyboard. I had it for a very short period of time when the dog ran through the wire and broke the USB jack. It is full-sized, and of very high quality build. Good customization options, though the software was a bit confusing to me (probably more than I needed, and probably standard stuff for the build). I did replace this with another Corsair keyboard because of the quality.

Great key feedback and satisfying resistance when typing. Wasn't looking for anything too flashy, just a good writing capability and this was a great price on sale for a wired keyboard. I tried a wireless mechanical keyboard and it just didn't cut it as much as this one did.

It is a good medium grade keyboard. Anyone who isn't going crazy with gaming would appreciate it. The only thing I wish I would of looked into more was the keys. They are not as clicky as I like.

This is the best mechanical keyboard I have ever tried.
Something about these silky smooth red switches are pressed gives you a super sattisfying feeling.
Keyboard looks solid and not cheap. Keys are very comfortable and the backlight is awesome!

I got this on sale for about $70. I was originally looking at a K55 since my father has one and loves it, but I figured for $20 more, why not? Best decision ever. The Corsair iQUE software expertly controls the keyboard and guides you through some of the features. and it's SO nice to type on. I also love that knob in the upper right corner, which can be used to control not just volume, but also scrolling and a few other features. 12/10 would recommend

Bought for my girlfriend and it’s perfect. She uses it 24/7 and actually enjoys it. Shes very picky about key response/tactile feel and she really likes this one. 10/10
