The Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight Wireless is a fantastic mouse. There are a few cons regarding this mouse, but overall the pros outweigh the cons. First of all, the mouse is extremely light but still feels very solid. It took me a bit to get used to the lightness of this mouse but after a few sessions it feels perfectly comfortable. Secondly, the battery life is insane. You barely have to charge it and if you don’t want to use it wirelessly you can connect it to the included cable. Regarding its wireless capabilities it's pretty amazing. There is no noticeable delay and the mouse input is smooth and responsive. The mouse comes with grip pads that are very easy to apply and even some additional feet, which I haven’t been able to figure out how to apply. Personally I have big hands and the mouse is a bit small and I found it somewhat tricky to use. However, when I applied the grip pads to the sides and left and right click, it became a lot easier to use due to the additional grip. One gripe I have is that I need to use Corsair’s online web hub to adjust my DPI. If you’re constantly changing in your DPI or trying to dial it in, it can be tedious with this mouse. Overall, this is amazing for a wireless mouse. I highly recommend it!

Without it, the mouse can feel slippery during long sessions. Fit & Feel: • Ergonomics are solid for right-handed users with small to medium hands. It’s not bulky, and the button layout is clean. • Scroll wheel and clicks feel tight — no mush, no wobble. Minor gripes: • No dedicated DPI switch — gotta use software to tweak. • Battery drains faster if you’re pushing max polling rate, so plan around that. Final thoughts: If you care about speed and precision, this mouse delivers. It’s not flashy, but it’s built for performance. I’d recommend it for FPS players or anyone who wants a lightweight, no-frills setup that still hits hard.

Really light but software isn’t good, feels a bit cheap

I’ve gone through my fair share of gaming mice, but the CORSAIR Sabre v2 Pro Ultralight really caught me off guard. At just 36 grams, it feels like nothing in your hand—my wrist barely notices it during quick flicks. I remember lining up a headshot in my last match and thinking, “Whoa, that came out of nowhere.” Here’s the deal: • Speed and responsiveness: The 8 kHz hyper-polling is legit. Every click and movement registers instantly. I’m often the first one firing in those shootout duels because the mouse never hesitates. • Pinpoint accuracy: The 33 000 DPI sensor tracks flawlessly, even when I’m whipping across the pad at top speed. No skips, no jitters—just smooth, surgical precision. • Click feel and durability: Those custom-tuned mechanical switches have a nice, snappy feedback. They don’t feel mushy at all, and I’ve been gaming hardcore for days without any double-click drama. • Battery life and versatility: I’ve pushed it close to two full days of play before needing a charge—CORSAIR isn’t exaggerating with that 70-hour claim. And if you do run low, just plug in the cable and keep going. • Custom tweaks: Extra grip tape and alternate skates let me dial in the perfect glide. Like all things gaming, the options are abundant when it comes to choosing a gaming mount. But in reality, I would only trust a hand few of brands when it comes to real gaming equipment, and CORSAIR is one of them. I have tried many gaming mouses from other big name brands, but when it comes to simplicity and function, the Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight gaming mouse has become one of my favorites. It might look like any other ordinary mouse, but the Sabre V2 pro offers incredible performance. It is super lightweight and super quick reaction speed, and is very easy to customize. I know that the price point might be a little on the steep side, but the Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight mouse offers great performance. You can choose between a wire mouse setup, or go all out and use the wireless feature. Whatever way you decide to go, the Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight mouse delivers great performance. I prefer complete wireless setup, as I prefer not to battle it out with a cord while playing. Overall, the Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight mouse is great.

This mouse is not a good buy. The shell pops and it has very bad latency. I had to return it because I was very unhappy with its performance.

The first thing you will notice with this mouse is how incredibly lightweight it is. I was looking for the battery compartment to see what kind of battery it takes and thought the batteries would give it a little more weight. It has internal rechargeable batteries. It does not add any additional weight. This is rechargeable through USB. The mouse feels comfortable to use. It even comes with grip tape to add a little texture if you want to improve your grip while using it. I would use it first without applying the tape to see if it is necessary. I may add one where my thumb rests. But as of right now, no tape has been applied yet. No software needed. Windows detects it automatically. It comes with the USB cable that you use to charge it. There is a wireless receiver you plug into the USB cable. I actually like this type of connection instead of Bluetooth. Sometimes Bluetooth is glitchy when trying to pair or connect to my computer. The problem is if you lose the wireless receiver. You will need to disconnect it when you want to charge the mouse. So, keep it in a good place to reduce the chance of losing it. It says it can do up to 70 hours before charging. That is a long time. I have a tendency to charge the mouse every week or so. I just plug it in when I walk away from my computer to eat or take a break. The short time I have it plugged in is good enough. The mouse is responsive when playing Overwatch 2. I just cannot get over how lightweight this is. I feel like I would accidentally fling it hard enough and it flies off my hand. But it is really comfortable to use.

The Corsair Sabre V2 Pro is an immediately impressive mouse, and for me, it was a genuinely revelatory experience. This is the first ultralight mouse I’ve used, and I instantly understood the preference for this type of design. The mouse basically weighs nothing, which translates directly into a feeling of effortless, quick movement on the pad. Even as a non-professional, casual user, I can appreciate the performance and the thoughtful, minimalistic design. Despite its low weight, the build quality feels substantial. The mechanics of the main switches feel particularly good and sturdy—it's impressive how solid the clicks are given the overall lightness of the unit. For everyday tasks and general desktop use, the Sabre V2 has instantly become my new go-to. Portability is another major win here. It's incredibly easy to toss into a travel bag, and the quick Bluetooth connectivity makes it easy to switch between my personal laptop, my work laptop, and back to my home PC. While I still keep my beefier mouse for specific games that rely on an integrated keypad, the Sabre V2 Pro takes the top spot for everything else. I would highly recommend trying a mouse like this even if you're only a casual user, because the difference in feel and responsiveness is undeniable.

After unboxing and when I first picked up the Sabre v2 I was astounded by how light it really is. It is so much lighter than any mouse that I’ve ever picked up. At 36g it feels feather light. My first impression was that it would be much too light to accurately use. Well, I was wrong. Being so light you can flick it about effortlessly and the superb tracking of the sensors the precision and control is outstanding. The Corsair Web Hub is a nice tool for managing the mouse. Since it is a web application there is no additional software to install. The only requirement though is that it only works with Chromium based browsers such as Chrome or Edge. With it you can install firmware, change polling rate, set the DPI, and create macros. It will also display the current charge state and if plugged in or charging. DPI can be cycled through 5 different stages which can each be configured from 100 to a ridiculous 33000 DPI. The DPI can also be set on the mouse by pressing and holding the right and back buttons simultaneously which will also flash the color associated with the stage briefly on the scroll wheel light. I’m not a hard-core gamer but for the games I played the mouse was super responsive for both movement and button clicks. I experimented with the different polling rates that you can set in the Hub but for me personally I didn’t notice any significant difference with how well it worked. The package also contains grip tape for the sides and buttons. I can’t imagine that you would want to use it without installing the tape since the mouse is so light and the plastic is very smooth. It probably should have been installed at the factory as it was just an annoying task that I had to perform to get started. Battery life is claimed to be up to 70 hours. I did not perform any controlled tests to measure but was easily able to go a number of days between having to plug in for a charge with moderate use.

Its taken a while but were finally here, an extremely lightweight corsair flagship gaming mouse that is an absolute beast. The mouse itself is EXTREMELY light weight being under 40g while still maintaining rigidity is a feat. The UPE feet feel good in use and while slower than natural PTFE they are still right there with them and feel almost more like control feet/pad. It’s got an 8k polling rate ability and a new dongle style with a mousepad clip built in which is much appreciated. This 8k sensor maxes out at 33k dpi which is crazy good compared to the past and when your looking at this number its because of the resolution it provides not that youll actually be using 33k dpi. You can use the web based software to adjust the polling rate down to save even more battery if desired if thats a worry of yours. It’s got corsairs proprietary new mechanical switches, unfortunately not opticals but these do feel and sound good and crisp. The scroll wheel has soft bumps and it's easy to spam if needed. Side buttons are also sharp like the main mouse clicks and have close to no pre-travel. While speaking of the side of the mouse it comes with grips in the box which I prefer to use. One of the things thats bothered me in the past with Corsair stuff was the icue software being difficult to use but that is no more with this mouse it has a web based program you can use to set things like polling rate, dpi, macros etc to then save to the mouse. This in itself is amazingly awesome as ive seen such ability on keyboards but finally on mice it’s great. What this also means is you can adjust settings no matter what type of system your on (say your on a Mac which normally wouldnt be able to use the old software well this one since being browser based works perfectly). Though they are a bit late to the party with this release this is sure to be a hit because it is an absolute banger of a mouse in use! Not to mention a solid price for the specs.

I have been able to use the Corsair Sabre V2 Pro Ultralight for an about a week now and have enjoyed using it. Straight out of the box you get grips and slide pads that you can add to the mouse if desired. I used the mouse for COD FPS and general computer use and I will say I actually have been enjoying it. It is super light. And I mean super light, like I thought the mouse is missing the internals. Makes for a very responsive feeling use of it in game and productivity. It does have the ability to be customized via a web app. It does not use the icue software. Believe me I tried and got confused when it wouldn’t show up. It’s literally a webpage that you use to get it set up. You allow rights and then it connects to the mouse and you are off to the races now app needed to be installed! For those that don’t like extra software on your computer it’s a god send not having to install an app just to change settings. It’s a great lightweight mouse that performs in day to day tasks as well as gaming.

I will never understand why gaming mice do not come with Bluetooth. It’s a great way to increase the versatility of your mouse because now I don’t have to have two devices to carry one for gaming one for work because I sure am not going to use a USB port just to use my mouse on my work PC. My ports are too important and scarcely available. As for the lightweight? Pop a Bluetooth radio in there and I will barely recognize the weight difference I’m sure. As far as the gaming aspect of the mouse goes, it was very fast. The mouse pointer acceleration was extreme to say the least on my 43 inch monitor. This mouse comes with all the gaming details like grip tape, a super slick mouse surface that they call mouse skates And this mouse can be customized using their proprietary software. You get an 8 kHz low latency response but for that response time you have to use the wireless dongle which takes up a mouse port. Overall, the design and build quality is excellent and I can’t even believe there’s a battery inside. To say that this mouse is lightweight would be an understatement. If you could just add Bluetooth, I think I found my favorite mouse.
