    I have bought 2 brand new pcs and one was on sale the other full price and i gotta say it is the most problematic pc i have ever had my first pc had no issues and it was a piece of junk and now that ive spent so much time and effort trying to make it work im over it the mother board n cmos battery and graphic card turned out to be duds and honestly im very upest with best buy and also corsairs i have emails of them trying to help me thru the proccess but it was just no good nothing gets resolved and if u are new to computers plz stay away from this one this brand and its equipment have been straight up junk

    I have had this computer for 2 days, and i have ran into nothing but issues with this thing. Mutiple blue screens and freezes. Drivers and windows 11 were updated and ive only been able to look at the nice RGB lights. Couldn’t change them because iCUE would autimatcally shut down the computer. If youre looking for an expensive desk decoration, this is it.

    When it works, it's great. Well, not even. I still get BSOD. I play COD and seems like every time I quit and finish playing, shortly after I get BSOD. Turning on the pc after that turns into a boot loop which then I have clear the cmos (removing battery), several restarts, unplug peripherals, etc. Boot loop gets stuck in MSI's ez debug red and yellow light, cpu and dram respectively. So much trial and error. Past my 30 day return policy so would recommend avoiding this purchase so that you don't have to go through the same struggle. Just know, if you purchase, you are at risk and you have been warned.

    Constant BSOD issues/ unplayable

    As others have stated it had literally constant BSOD issues. It was completely unplayable. Also make sure you pay attention to the digital receipt. Mine said I had 30 days to return it, but when I went to return it it had changed to the standard 15 days. The 30 days must have been for some member incentive or something.

    I'm glad I decided to purchase this model and not the cheaper ones. Purchased and picked up at Best Buy. I've only had the system for a few days so far and set the system up right on my desk next to me. I can say that this system is so quiet. Was a breeze setting up. Fast, easy. So far, I have no complaints. Would I recommend this to friends and family? That's a definitely "YES"!

    Pretty good computer it runs Cyberpunk 2077 amazing on max graphics and it's a good price for the computer as well.

    I have owned this pc for two months now and it is the first pc I have owned. I unfortunately am one of the unlucky ones who has BSOD issues, games crashing, and memory issues. This pc has issue after issue and I am just not experienced enough to figure out where the issues are and how to fix them. If this is your first pc do not buy this pc. On paper its got everything you’d need for an amazing pc but it just creates headaches if yours is one of the “bad ones”. Haven’t reached out to corsair yet so I’m hoping they might be able to lead me in a better direction so I can change this review. As of now I’m very disappointed. I didn’t expect a new pc to have everything working perfectly, but for how much you’re spending on this you’d expect it to perform relatively well and mine just hasn’t.
