Has been running petg and some asa with no issues for weeks with almost no downtime.

I have been printing up a storm, Love the way it works

Set up was fast and the machine went through the self-leveling checks. It then presented with a screen to update software. After software update, error codes began to appear. An attempt was made to contact Creality but as usual there was no response. Glad I bought this at Best Buy because I am returning it. I would not buy this printer.

Needed lots of work to print great. But not horrible just not as easy as it seems.

Worked great for 6 months then after a firmware update it forced the print head into the bed witch was not covered under warranty and now it has all kinds of problems and will not print. Creality can't or wont fix it they just keep sending new motherboards (on #4 now). I feel like they don't know how to fix it so they keep stringing me along until my warranty runs out or maybe they really do keep sending bad mother boards

Constant jamming of the extruder. Planning to return.

Opened the the box and it was missing the magnetic plate.

It lasted for 3 months. Now it is useless and creality customer service is also useless. I was on queue for hours to be told someone will get back to me by email.

Purchased the first one and it would not print at all. Got a second one in and the hot end went out offer 4 small prints and taking the unit back today. Really disappointing.

This has given me nothing but problems. I have had to take the hotend apart multiple times to deal with clogs. I tried to return it but of course i missed the return period by one day.

The first one failed, the replacement was lost by the shipper. No printer so unable to give adequate information

arrived with issues packing screws for bed 2 were bent 1 wasnt in lidar didnt work

Ive had it a 2 days and have 15 hrs printing it was easy to set up watching the web site video. Ive never printed before and had a project within the first hr printing. I recomend it

I find this print to be very easy to work with. I have used it continuously since I received it and have had NO problems. I would recommend it even for beginners.

Its almost as if this one is a knock off of the r3eal one. the heads are different than the creality store so I have no idea Where to get replacement parts. seriously not good for best buy.
