I'm a new user and expected a learning curve with my prints. But with 7 accumulated days of printing my machine had Bowden tube issues, where it would come out of the extruder and fill my printer bed with filament. with a little research i determined this was a common problem. i got horrible after sales help from creality customer service. i needed a 20$ part and i got the runaround. Thankfully Best Buy solved the problem and ordered a totally new machine for me. Thank You Best buy, you are the best!

It is HEAVY so I recommend getting help unpacking it (I did it alone, but it’d be better with a friend)

Also had trouble with calibration, but that's more a user issue. Print quality hit expectations. Cfs takes a bit to learn but a lot of fun when it does.
