Do not buy this printer.
This printer has been a problem from day one. First, it was missing parts that we had to go back and forth with customer service to get. Then, we had constant failed prints, which wasted mass amounts of filament. Now, a clogged nozzle. I finally had enough and decided we are going to return it, but we can't because Bestbuy has changed their return 30-day return policy to 15 days. What a joke! Horrible product and customer service. Stay away!

Better than my Bambu. Prints petg-cf as easy as pla. Made for exotics. i got one with the door glue issue and CFS error but Creality answered my email in 2 days.

Lots of defective parts out of the box. Upon opening the box the rear metal panel was bent, top glass was broken. I figured I would take a chance and just get the replacement parts from the manufacture since, so I continued to set it up. Powered it up and ran the calibration, well that's pretty much all it did. Extruder motor didn't work so I couldn't even print anything. Returned to best buy in less than 24 hrs.

Well, what can i say. It showed up broken. One of the leveling legs was sheered off. I brought it back to Best Buy to hopefully exhange it for one that was undamaged. Unfortunatley that wasnt the case. Best Buy was unable to order me a new printer. I spent quite a bit of time between driving to the store to pick it up / unpacking it - them repacking it and driving back to the store jaut to wait in line - for way too long only to be sent back to the back of the line when i told them i needed help moving the printer from my car. So i go back into line again - wait way too long again. Takes (you got it) way too long to return the item / work out the 24 month finacing again (the financing deal lapsed apparnetly in the week between me ordering the original printer and retuning it. Ok, so they call the bank - tell me i can have the 24 months again. Ok, great…here but then after all this they cant even order a new one!? I ask to speak to a manager. They go get a “manager” - he cant figure it out either - at which point he tells me he isnt actually the manager - ok - great, more time wasted. They give me the managers card. I go home angry and empty handed call the number on the card - no one answers / no option to leave a message. Thanks Best Buy, good to know my time is worth nothing. Oh and to the guy who helped me unooad it and half accused me of breaking it during the unpacking process - i see the one of the two reviews also state it showed uo wiht a broken leveling leg - we must both be invlaids i guess? Is there someone i can invoice my time to at Best Buy? To anyone else lookig to waste a fee hours of your life - Best Buy is the place! Keep in mind I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here for my business. Great to feel apprecitaed. I cant wait for the “we are so sorry to hear about your experience…..” reply. What can we do to help? Apparanley the answer is nothing. The kids at the register were great - btw - this isnt on them. This is on Best Buy. Hire more people - Have policies in place for this sort of thing. You know….be a business worh supporting. Oh and my actual score is zero stars. They only let you rate 1-5, sorry guys you dont deserve any stars at all.

Arrived with the glass door hinge unglued. Contacted Creality and they got ne the glue to fix it, but i couldn’t complete rhe setup until that was addressed. When the aelf test ran it showed exceptions, and it looks like three of the four bolds holding the bed down were sheared off during shipping.

Customer service is not existent. The machine is NOT worth buying maybe in a year when they work out all the bugs. I am not new to 3d printing and have about 6 years doing this. So I have been around the block a time or 2.
I have had better luck with windows error messages. Sometimes I just get an "UNKNOWN ERROR" and I have to shutdown and restart.
First the PTFE fittings are junk, the teeth that hold the tube fall out and then get wedged in the extruder causing the cutter problems.
The buffer tube that the CFS tube goes into will fail with a blue light (filament detected)
I have gotten really good at taking the Extruder apart and fixing something that I can't find or a clog that is non existent.
Since I can't get a hold of customer service (Whatsapp, Email, Auto reporting, Creality website, phone, and email I have had to order parts from Amazon to the tune of a 100 bucks. This is not even a Guarantee that these parts will fix it.
DO NOT BUY YET, wait a year and then see if they fixed the issues they are having.

What a machine, endless possibilities! Was glad i decided to step up to this large Creality printer thats capable of so many models & filament types. Set some time aside for unboxing & setup, but once all laid out, the steps to get to first print were straight forward. CFS is running like a charm, i did buy the Creality RFID filament to test and am enjoying the easy loading. So far the test prints have been flawless so excited to print a large helment or mask soon. Creality print app is intuitive & function great, i do usually grab premade files from some other 3D sites though. highly recommend

The Creality K2 Plus Combo's massive 350x350x350mm build volume lets me print helmets, cosplay props, and functional prototypes in one go. The lightning-fast 600mm/s speed with CoreXZ structure cuts production time by 40% compared to my old printer. Dual-gear direct drive handles flexible filaments perfectly. Setup was surprisingly smooth – auto-leveling worked flawlessly right out of the box!

I’ve been using the Creality K2 Plus with the CFS multi-color system for a few weeks now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box, setup was straightforward thanks to the clear instructions and modular design. Creality did a great job making this powerful machine user-friendly—even for folks who aren't hardcore hobbyists.
The print quality is top-tier. I'm getting smooth surfaces, great layer adhesion, and surprisingly accurate details, even on more complex models. The CFS (Color Filament System) is the real star here. It allows for seamless multi-color prints without manual filament swapping, and it integrates well with Creality's software. The color transitions are clean and give my prints a professional look that really pops.
Pros:
Excellent build quality and sturdy frame
CFS system works like a charm—great for creative projects
Quiet operation
Large print volume for its class
Reliable Wi-Fi connectivity and intuitive touchscreen interface
Cons:
The slicer software could use a little refinement—still works, but not as smooth as some third-party options
Slightly bulky footprint, so make sure you’ve got the space
Overall, this is a fantastic machine for anyone looking to elevate their 3D printing game, especially if you want to explore multi-color printing without the usual hassle. Whether you're a maker, designer, or just a curious creator, the K2 Plus is worth every penny.

If you're looking for a printer to do larger-scale projects, this is the printer for you. One of its standout features is the Creality Filament System (CFS), which supports multi-color printing with up to 16 colors. Although this can lead to a bit of filament waste, the finished product quality makes up for this small issue. I am very pleased with my purchase so far.

I think it is the most powerful machine I have ever seen. Fast and huge building volume, everything can be done in one shot. I have tried series connection 2 ccs, and printed 8 colors, stunning experience.

I am really impressed with this machine. I had no problem with delivery as others have mentioned. It’s a good sized machine, heavy! and seems to be built very well. Set up was easy. I am happy with the multi color printing and speed of this product and look forward to more projects.

This printer gets the job done, with amazing results! The colors are fantastic, and I especially like the fact that it is able to print a larger sized item in one piece. The quality of the finished products definitely met my high expectations, and I am very happy with the results overall.
