This was purchased to help our iPhones charge faster while in the car. We have also used it for our son's portable DVD player. Works very well...a little expensive.... But high quality

This unit is a bit higher price than I thought it should be, but I needed this product for travel and did not want to take the time to run around to other stores to research prices.

Do not have anything to compare this to but worked fine for our purpose of charging electronics while in the car

I would buy another one . Will probably buy another one for second car. Very handy to have use all time in car for computer and phone.

Using it with my laptop in my car, doesnt get to hot. Works like it supposed to.Using it from a month without issue.

We bought this on a road trip and it worked wonderfully! Only thing negative was that I had to buy in store. if I had time, I would have bought it from Amazon and saved money over Best Buy's high prices.

I picked up this unit while on the road. I was able to plug in my MacBook Pro and be productive while my friend drove. The unit is a bit bulky however I believe that is necessary for its converter function. It articulates and can be swiveled to a convenient position.

This car charger fits well in the car port, so charging you phone, computer, etc. is consistent. It works fairly quickly. The problem is, the AC adapter gives out after two to five months. The usb ports keep on working. This is the best product I found. Others don't stay plugged into the outlet, making for inconsistent charging.

We bought this so we could charge my daughter's DVD player in the car. It works great ! We can also use the USB port to charge our cell phone. I would recommend this to anyone.

I like to use my laptop if I am a passenger on a long trip but it does not have a mobile charge option. This inverter allows me to stay charged. No more boredom!

This is actually the 2nd one I bought, first one worked really well for a year and a half then stopped charging and the fan began making an incredibly loud noise. But I work on the go a lot, so great to charge phone and laptop. Very satisfied, just hope this one lasts longer.

Bought this and had to exchange the first one because it stopped working...the replacement has done a good job and is still working...it allows us to plug in regular cords and 3 prong cords into it and power our various devices! Really good product!

Needed to buy this to use in our car. It works great. Allows you to plug in to a computer, DVD, TV and anything that needs an electrical outlet. We were traveling and our auto doesn't have a regular plug so this worked great for our long drive. It was on sale when we purchased it, so it was very affordable. It was easy to install and remove.

Nice unit. More than adequate to provide the ability to charge your laptop or other devices requiring AC while traveling.

I purchased this as I use my computer in my vehicle a lot where I have no source of electricity. It worked great. I was able to work on my computer after the battery was used up. It charged my computer in a reasonable amount of time.

This portable power adapter is good for traveling. I can plug my laptop in and charge a phone at the same time. The swivle head design is practical. I do think it should be a little cheaper. But overall it serves its purpose.
