Does what it says. Keep it in center console, allows me to charge my phone with the USB or wall and anything else. Doesn't get hot with just charging phone

Shorted out and blew the fuse on first use.

What happened is that the fuse blew when I tried to plug in a GPS to the DC plug. It fit very loose, shorted and blew the fuse. It's really hard to find those mini glass fuses these days. Had to go to Radio Shack.
