Very disappointing, it couldn't protect my brand new gaming PC plugged directly into the battery power socket. Don't waste your money.

Has a lot of coil whine? Or some sort of high pitched squeal while running, but otherwise has protected my PC, printer, and modem/router from many power surges and outages without issue.

I love Best Buy! Every product, including this one, that I have purchased from them has arrived in perfect condition and FAST! Not long after I hooked the CyberPower battery Backup to my computer, the power went out. The battery backup did not work. Come to find out I had hooked it up incorrectly. Once I read the instructions and made the simple change, it works PERFECTLY!

It functioned out of the box, so that is a plus. However, I really won't be able to grade it until there is a power failure. Until then, though, it is working fine.

I write this only hours after my house was struck by lightning! I have had my gaming PC hooked up to a Cyberpower UPS for a few years and it has saved me from countless power outages but today my UPS died. It gave its life and saved my (less than a year old) PC. I will be looking to replace it soon with another Cyberpower UPS. I will forever be grateful for it. Spend the $180 to save yourself thousands.
