I have 3 computer systems for business, video editing and audio and have used Cyberpower UPS backups for many years. Never had any damage to any computer from voltage spikes and on those few occasions when the power went out the unit allowed me to save and shut down in an orderly fashion. In my experience these units last about a decade and then require replacement.

Easy to plug in, charge up, connect to and use. I bought this to replace another — this same make and model — that performed flawlessly for years. But battery finally wore out. Looking forward to similar long life from this new one.

I bought this a year ago to use it to run my propane water heater in the event we lose electricity to our house because i needed clean power to run the electronics of the heater. This gives me 3-4 extra days of hot water. Normally i just use it to backup my PC. Its a very good UPS with other features. It has USB and USB C ports.

Has performed admirably. It has saved the work on my computer and given my kids a chance to save their games when the power has gone out. The display makes it easy for all to see comprehend.

very easy setup, haven't had a power interruption since I plugged it in, I like that it keeps it steady. Hopefully we won't have any power outages this summer, but with storms on the east coast it is always possible. Love I can save my work and shut down the right way If I need to.

This carrries the strength we need to protect our systems. We have experienced several outages in our area, and this new battery backup saved us every time. Highly recommend.

Great backup battery! I use it for my elderly father-in-law’s power recliner chair. He has gotten stuck multiple times when there’s power outages so to have the peace of mind this is fantastic.

Very nice. Works great and it looks nice. Very happy with it and when the power goes out it works as should. Beeps when on battery power. A little pricey but I still like it.

Perfect battery backup and surge protector. Helps a lot with frequent power drops from large appliances running on the same line as my pc and server. This jawn was the most expensive offering at best buy but it has a nice screen with diagnostic info and it can actually power my pc long enough to shut down safely in the event of a power outage.

Purchased this to replace a 5 year old CyberPower UPS with the same rating. It was an upgraded model and provided a USB-C charging port. I may or may not use it. It was 60$ more expensive than the exact model I was replacing but I was nervous about possible aging out of the batteries in the older model units. For 50$ you can replace the batteries on these units so that should be a first option if you have time. No bells and whistles, just a battery UPS and a surge protector. I would like a different configuration of the plugs on the back. So far it is working fine. The batter kicks in as it should.
