The UPS was simple to set up. This replaced a smaller unit that required a new battery too many times. This unit has more outlets and higher capacity, which was an important criteria in my decision. The customizable display is a nice touch, and gives me information I've not had in the past.
I've been using CyberPower UPSs for several years, and this unit is meeting my expectations.

second review I am leaving where I bought a less expensive version and came back and bought this. We live in an area where the power goes out often. Not for days, but hours. I use this for a back up of my modem and wifi. First one I got did not work. Not a day after buying this the power went out for 45mins. it ran a lamp, modem and wifi the whole time.

I am a long-time APC UPS user. Both of my quite old 1500 KVA UPSs needed replacement batteries, which I bought from a 3rd party vendor as APC no longer supported them. Once replaced, I found that the control panel on each had also failed and could not be replaced. I was out $150 for the batteries and the devices were surpluses.
I bought a pair of CyberPower LX1500GU3 UPSs. They work beautifully. The PowerPanel-Personal (PPP) software does a good job of logging and reporting the condition of a UPS.
One important point, however, is that this software only supports a single UPS attached to a computer. Thus, to monitor two UPSs, I must quit PPP, switch the input (I bought a simple USB 2-in, 1-out switch) and restart the app. This works, but there are two issues. (1) you only can a log of the device currently only and not the other, and (2) when you install PPP, you enter the SN which is then permanent. Thus, the log for both devices indicates the same SN.
The LX1500GU3 does not have the necessary board to allow it to connect to a network, so the PowerPanel-Management version of the software cannot be used to track two UPS with a single computer as was suggested by one tech support person, but shown not to be possible by another.
I have suggested to Tech Support that a simple mod of PPP in which the software displays a list of UPSs attached to the computer is presented, from which the user chooses one UPS. The software then picks up the model and serial number of that device and provides logging exactly as at present. One could then execute a second instance of the program which could pick up the info for the second UPS. In fact, if done more generally, the idea would allow launching "n" instances to track a number of UPS. This would be a real benefit to small home users.
In terms of device performance, these are supper UPSs and the tech support via chat is excellent.

We have been having brownouts where I live. I didn’t want my Roomba to fail because of the grids fluctuating electricity. So I bought this ups to protect my investment. I bought a second one from the same company through Best Buy that is sine wave for my network to avoid damage to my mesh system and have plenty of room to add a TV and security systems hard drive.
Glad to hear the unit is working as intended. Thank you for your review!

Look, I have three of these that I've been using for 3-4 yrs and all have served their purpose without fail. Reading through negative reviews makes me wonder if they aren't just competitor "paid bashers". That's actually a thing.

Easy to set up and customize depending upon how your house current fluctuates if at all.
Software downloads fast for automated shutdown of your cpu and accessories.
I love knowing a true sinewave (60hz) is produced, allowing sensitive electronics to have a longer life cycle. With self checks, voltage customization, USB/C and easy setup, it works for this house.

I live in an area that occasionally has sudden loss of power due to high winds and this UPS has protected my new PC a couple of times already allowing me to power down safely and protect my rig as well as my work when the power goes out
