Lights won’t turn off & ZERO manufacturer support

This PC is ok so far, except for the fact that right out of the box the remote for the RGB lights did not work. It is frustrating to have the lights on all the time. I’ve contacted cyberPC for help with this issue and have received ZERO help. Also have had serious issues with work flow thanks to Microsoft dropping some features in Windows 11 that are very important to graphic designers like myself. Overall I would NOT recommend this company due to their complete lack of support.

The PC gave out after 3 months of having it. It would randomly turn off and it did this for a solid week before it finally just stopped booting up all the way. It would load up to its start screen, but it would then turn off. They never disclosed what the problem was when I got it serviced, but I’m assuming it was a hard drive or motherboard issue. They called it unrepairable.

pc is amazing and performs better than i expected and it came packaged perfectly
